Every season of IPL carries its own favoured template and ways of winning or gurukilli ..

This season it appears a solid start by the openers assures more than half the job done . This was not the pattern few seasons ago when even a No 5/6 could turn the match last over last ball ...

Secondly if you observe many games crucial wickets have been taken or the momentum broken by spinners in the 10-15 th overs...

Unless things change the team that manages to accelerate in PP and continue momentum in 10-15 overs should be able to win ...

In every , auction Mumbai has always negated and despised the selection of spinners, just because wankhede pitch suits pacers ...Lack of quality spinners has many a times costed Mumbai their game... Still in auction their arrogance continues ...

Anyways let's see what santner and the duo of Indian spinners deliver in forthcoming matches as the pitches wear out ...Spinners like kuldeep , rasheed with their economy rate and ability to take crucial wickets have time and again proven that spinners in later part of tournament are worth gold 👍

पण एक notice केला का कोणी..

Unexpected results and unexpected good performances from past few games of IPL by out of form players makes me wonder is this for real ? If certain teams keep loosing and certain teams winning all the matches won't it be boring and unpredictable to watch tournament ? Dhoni, Kohli, Rohit have become big brands themselves. If they retire from IPL people may loose interest in IPL. Then who will watch those commercial ads and how companies can promote their products ? Something to ponder...

मी थोडी थोडी agree आहे.

या साठी मी tennis चा उदाहरण देते माझं स्वतःचं.

मार्टिना, स्टेफि, बोरिस बेकर, नंतर मी tennis बघायचा सोडून दिलं होतं, पण तितक्यात federer आला आणि मी पुन्हा tennis च्या प्रेमात( फेडेरर च्या प्रेमात असे वाचावे😊)पडले.

पण आता तो retire झाल्यावर मी टेनिस बघायचं अजिबातच सोडून दिलंय.

मला या new players ची नावे ही माहीत नाहियेत😢😢

रोज कोणीतरी नवीन येतो आणि स्पर्धा grand slam जिंकतो.

पूर्वी मार्टिना ने जे 9 wimbldeon जिंकले,किंवा स्टेफि ने 22, सेरेना ने 22 की 23, रॉजर ने 20, नोवाक ने 22 की किती... असा record आता या नवीन मुलांकडून होणे नाही.

Alcaraz 2, 4 जिंकला, परत हरला.

पण असं जरी असला, तरीही या लोकांचे matches बघायला तीतकीच गर्दी होते, तितकीच महागडी tickets विकले जातात.

Ipl मध्ये सुद्धा काही प्रमाणात हे तिघे retire झाल्यावर परिणाम जाणवेल, पण शेवटी हे जग आहे, ते चालायचंच..

Yes their earnings from social media sites following is tremendous and the PR machinery of all three ie MSD Rohit and Virat is beyond imagination..On SM you just have to project at the right time then the algorithm takes care in wide publicity thereby giving multiple earnings ...

The consumer market for upcoming players like (Gill , jaiswal Abhishek ) the market for players like MSD Rohit Virat and finally the consumer market for players like Sachin Gavaskar is cut out and niched...For eg Mutual funds ads by cricketers nearing retirement or retired etc ..

Nothing can be ruled out . Not even three run outs in one over . Not even the ball being given to a bowler who has been hammered and the best spinner being told to hold 😀🙏

Thanks for your reply. Due to IPL, BCCI has become much more richer in last 15 years. Franchise are paying a lot, plus ticket sale and sponsership etc are raking in a lot of money. Thanks to our cricket loving public. They will be paying such a huge price for the ticket.
