CHAPTER THIRTY NINE




In the car.......
Tanisha is irritated by the music and she shouts,"Will you stop this deafening music of yours?? 😡 " But Sid is indifferent to her constant nagging and he replies, "Oh!Just shut up!! 😆 😆 "

They reach the college and Tanisha jumps out of the car slamming the door angrily. 😡

"Oh!Hello...this is my car and not your hair brush..at which you can vent your anger...."

"My hair brush is far better than your stupid car... 😡 "

She walks away.... "How thankless??"he muttered.

There Akshay and Mamta also reach the college...and they meet Tanisha in the classroom sitting grumpily .

"Tanu ,are you angry with me???....hmm....by the way it should be me who is supposed to be angry after what you both did to me yesterday...isn't it..see but 'am not...and won't you wish me today??? 😊 "

"Yes,Mamu...I'd..Happy Birthday my sweet sweet Mamu...and here I have a gift for you ...and did you like our surprise..we had planned it meticulously..you know 😃 ."

Sid enters the classroom and comes and sits next to Tanisha.Tanisha was annoyed and frustrated and whenshe opened her mouth to shout at him ,the teacher entered..leaving her sulking 😡 .

During the class,Sid looks at Mamta and says, "Wow! that girl is gorgeous...won't she and I make a good pair...though i know 'am far better than anyone here... 😉 "

"Oh!! Yeah!! Look at you...she won't even look at your monkey face... 😡 😆 😆 "

"Oh...you are just jealous.... 😉 "

"Jealous..my foot...for you...I'd die rather... 😡 😡 "

"Okay...you wanna bet then...If I make her agree for a date with me...then you'll have to do what ever I ask you and vice versa....agreed..Ms.Indian Chilly.... 😆 "

"Sure,with pleasure....Mr.Over confident.hi!hi!hi!," she giggled rubbing her hands satisfactorily. 😆 😆

The class got over and Akshay asked Tanisha to look after Mamta..while he goes out and gets her a juice...Sid looks at Tanisha still unaware of the entire situation.He gets out of his seat and walks towards them...He comes and sits facing Mamta...He introduces himself, "Hi!! I'm Sid..Siddharth Rai..I'm Tanisha's friend...i'm staying at her place..and I'm coming from U.S. 😉 " Tanisha giggles again..and Mamta looks perplexed.

"Hi!! I'm Mamta...and 'am Tanisha's best friend...."

Sid was astounded a bit and looked at Tanisha who was trying to control her laughter....

"So,Mamta...would you like to be my friend...you know i was very famous at my college in U.S..."

"Oh!! really...then why did you leave it before completing your graduation??Were you so brilliant that they gave you a degree even before completing it???hmm... 😆 "

"he..he...he 😡 very funny...My college has been closed on some legal reasons...and so my parents decided to shift me to India and put me in a local college...understood..Ms.Chilly... 😉 ...Leave it...so,Mamta ould ou be my friend...."

"hmmm....okay.... 😕 😊 "

Before Sid could ask her for a date ,Akshay came there with the juice and gave it to Mmata....Sid was a bit confused and looked at Akshay curiously...Tanisha was chuckling....silently..... 😆 😆

"Hi..."said Akshay 😊" 'am Akshay"

"Hi...I'm Sid... 😕 "

Sid looked at Tanisha perplexed and gave a stupid smile.... 😕 😊

"Akshay ...so you three are friends...since when do you know each other....."

"Me...it feels like ages...,"he said looking dreamily at Mamta.

"Oh..Oh...so you are her boyfriend..."

"Boy friend....."They all bursted into a laugh 😆 😆 ..."sid ,she is my wife... 😊 "

He is gobsmacked...Mamta gets up with the help of Akshay and removes the duppatta from her stomach...Sid's eyes popp out..in awe..

"OMG...she's pregnant..Tanisha why didn't you tell me... 😕 "he was really embarrassed..

"Why would have I told you...? you were the Mr.Over Confident...now what happened????all smartness flew away in one blow.....hmm...now remember who I 'am and don't dare to play games with me...understood Mr.O.C. boo..ooo... 😆 😆 😡 "

Sid looked pathetic after this blow....

CHAPTER FORTY




Months passed by and Mamta was admitted to the hospital with labour pains..Now Sid too had become a good friend of them and Tanisha also started softening towards him.Akshay was very nervous as well as very happy...Mamta had knitted cuddly woollens for their child and dreamt of their wonderful family.

Akshay and Tanisha came to the hospital after their classes and her due date was almost near....Tanisha left sadly....

"Tanu...why are you looking so sad 😕 ??"

"Nothing ,Mamu.I'm so happy for both of you....look after yourself...Now I must leave....mum would be waiting for me.."

After she left...

"Akshay why is she so sad??"

"Oh...that's a simple thing....I tell you she's in love. 😉 😆 "

"With whom 😕 ?""Sid?? 😕 ",he nods..."Oh my God! 😊 😳 "

"Yes,and she's sad cos he took Tina out for a date..."

"Oh!that's bad...he shouldn't have done that...They both will make a good pair..isn't it...??What do you think??....O-U-C-H!!😲"

"Mamta..what happened???I'll go and call the doctor... 😕 "

"No..need.I'm alright.It was your junior...he's anxious to come out... 😳 "

He sighs and smiles at her affectionately.He comes near her and sits on the bed.He takes her hand into his and looks into her eyes...he kisses her on her forehead with tears in his eyes.

Rakhi,Rishi and all other family members were called during the nightas Mamta was taken into the labour room with severe pain...Akshay was really tensed.The time seemed to pass at a sloth speed.Akshay was pacing up and down the corridor.....Suddenly at four 'o' clock in the morning the nurse came out and asked, "Who's the father?"

Akshay rushed to her and said, "I'm......how's my wife and my child??? "

"Congrats...you've become a father.Your wife gave birth to a healthy baby boy 😊 ...but..... 😕 "

His excitement vanished and he asked anxiously, "But ......what nurse??"

"Nothing serious...It was a normal delivery,but your wife is still unconscious due to some post natal complications...You can go in to see her..."

He goes in and finds Mamta unconscious....next to a pink bundle 😳 in a cradle...He is overwhelmed with love and approaches the pink bundle of joy and lifts his child with the help of his Mum and takes him to Mamta.He hugs her and cries 😭 😭 ... "Mamta wake up and look at our child....Mamta...."

When the tiny fingers of their child touch her cheeks...and the yearning cry of the baby for his mother reach her ears,she opens her eyes and tears fill them 😭 😳 when she looks at her child...

"My child 😳...my child..." she kisses the tiny pink bundle again and again....

"Akshay...our child...."

The nurse comes in and asks everyone to leave as it was time for the baby's feed.Everyone goes out and Mamta feeds the baby for the first time.She felt the true motherly feelings after touching her child...she was in a new world of love ...of motherhood that is the most divine relationship in this world.She couldn't take her eyes off her child and smoothed his tiny fingers.. 😳 [Background Song:

Rakhi comes in .....

"Beta,Congrats and Thanks for giving so much happiness to my son and our family..." She takes the child into her lap.Akshay also comes in walking towards them with his hands folded behind..

"Akshay,what are you hiding in your hands?"

He comes near and places her "GB" in her hand.She smiles and hugs him.

"So,Akshay now you've become a father yourself...my son has grown up...and it's all cos of you Mamta,beta....now both of you what have you decided to call your son?? 😳 "

They both said together.... "GANAPATHY 😳 "

The baby smiled with twinkling eyes when he heard the name😳.Akshay took him in his lap and hugged Mamta😳 and looked at their little Ganapathy.The "GB" idol also twinkled😳.........
