Dadi, Anant and Akshay are in the court. They are waiting for Mamta to appear in the court to continue the session. Mamta is unable to find a lawyer to fight her case. Defeated she walks into the court and declares she does not have a lawyer. Suddenly Sid appears and claims to be her lawyer. He makes an emotional appeal that for Mamta it is not only a case but also a war for justice and truth. Vandana, Bulbul and Sunny are worried that Sid's phone is not reachable and the courts verdict is still not reached them. Sid is approached by Anant and admonishes him for taking this case at the cost of their friendship. Sid tells him that he had no choice because Mamta has taught him a big lesson in child – mother bonding. Mamta thanks Sid. Vandana is happy that this case has made Sid responsible. Anant and other family members are tensed as to what could be the result of the case. Mamta is worried for Krish and makes a promise in her mind that all is going to be well and soon they will be together. Mamta is touched by Sid's hard work. She is worried by Simrans frequent visits to meet Akshay. Tanisha comes to meet Mamta and advices Tanisha to send Bulbul and Sunny on a honeymoon. Mamta takes care of the family. Simran is all praise for Akshay's family. Simran declares her mind to marry Akshay. Everyone is shocked.
