Why do I get the feeling that Nimish (Mahi's boyfriend) and Sameer are real brothers?

I feel Mahi is pregnant and they planned this whole thing to get Sameer involved and in the process because she is expecting. In this process I feel sameer REALLY fell in love with Shikha and wants to marry her but the wedding is rushed so Mahi can get married also before her pregnancy is exposed...

That is one good imagination.

To me Sameer might have used Nimish to talk Mahi into making that account in Shika's name.

That way he had a good excuse to come and propose to her with his fake family.

Is my imagination going haywire too.😆

That's a good thory aactually. There maybe some connection between them else how was it Sameer only they chatted with on e website. But it's more possible that Nimish is a guy Sammer paid off which in turn helped him look good. I don't even think Sameers parents are really his parents.
