Thank you Shyamalaji for your post. Love your analysis and I specially liked your Take 5. I liked all these scenes too. Precap for next week looks interesting. Rakshaks and bad guys all getting ready to come to Mahakumbh.

I'm still not very impressed with Maya-Rudra. Liked the song picturisation on them. But I still find the intro of Maya abrupt. the sudden interest in Rudra, all over him, the friendship, too rushed. Like you said accompanying her to college was unnecessary except to show him hold her hand, her dialogue, the fight. And as per articles Maya-Rudra to fall in love at the cost of Maimui's life makes it more unnecessarily rushed I feel. Still hoping to see some story unfold about Maya's sudden appearance and interest in Rudra.

Looking forward to all the twists and turns in the story, but Maimui's impending death makes no sense right now. Let's see how it is justified..

thanks thanks thanks shyamala for this post, what a treat!! i had a looot of pleasure while reading it.

i agree for the most, there was some things not required at all, and it was a real treat watching two things: Seema and Rode while he was in her arms what a perfection this Rode and his expressions (when he wants he does! LOL) i really had tears in my eyes. And second scene when seema removed her glasses telling the story of his beloved rudra and hidden tears, how it shows her concern for him and his boundless love, I really cried. she is TOP

However, I disagree with you on some things, including:

the interpretation of ADN, I have found no problems watching this, firstly because I know that through a simple ear stem filled with a small piece of plaque from the mouth of anybody we can detect his ADN, so why not a piece of cloth filled with blood which can be divided in half and send his half at Poland, we see this in American films, why not here? I find it very normal. and apart from all this, I know already I am watching a show that is based on the mythology so I know I'll see imaginary things, you say it yourself, why not ADN of superhero, this is the basis of this story .

one more thing I am not at all convinced that May muy going to die, I feel that it is just stunt to attract the curiosity of viewers and advertising. she has an essential role in the story of Rudra, she can't die, or I'll die with her LOL 😉 if it's just to get rudra maya close, well they are already close enough.

last thing, you are not convinced that Maya is the femme fatale, well I do, her story is very suspicious, come like this following everywhere a man whom she barely knows, i dont think that such things can escape like this with writers, there is something dubious in all this,I am convinced that she is not at all the innocent and sweet women, or i hope so!if it's not, it's really indeed!!!!! I hope wholeheartedly that's so!😭 anyway lets watch and see and enjoy the week and your review evry week-end

Akka - Thanks for the PM - I did read this post of yours fully - Now beginning to have a good character sketch of the serial even though I have not watched one single episode - But I will continue to follow your posts - It is a lot of fun reading it without watching the serial. I am liking it this way.

BTW, never knew you like hero bashing goons to rescue heroine - I liked this bit in your take for this week. There are a hundred novel ways in which this scene can be pictured. ANd if they can add some humor in it, it is so good. But this is one scene where even the actor adds to the stage in addition to Director.

There was a movie called Pandiya naadu in 2013 - Tamil in which the hero puts up an act of bashing the goons( he himself set up - They are all his friends) to impress the girl 😃😆 - Was shot humorously - Even the movie was good .

Liked the Take 5, which shows how much you get into the story to do a scrambling analysis - Nice one - Liked it a lot. The hero's sudden warm up to heroine and your coverage was good - I like scenes like this - he he he - Anything on the emotional side of hero-heroine moves me . 😆

shyamal dearest thank you for the pm, as usual you are the best in explaining details of the scenes whether good bad or average, after reading your take i kinda am inspired to watch it in bits and pieces to get the hang of the story as i am not getting a good feedback on some actors recently added..but will watch and see how it goes!

Aunty, the post made me chuckle at your excitement over the dishum dishum scenes 😊. I too liked the dishum dishum scenes, and would not complain if we had one each week 😉.

A treat to read your post, as usual. And the best part - despite the post being critical, it never comes across as prejudiced.😊

You are right that the plot is galloping. I feel that this trend might continue till the viewers are introduced to all the characters, and then maybe the plot might slow down with the entire focus on the Mahakumbh event.

Gautam surely seems to have toned down his OTT anger expressions. And it definitely looks better. The week was okay-ish in my opinion.

Apart from the scenes you mentioned in your take-5, I liked one more scene - Pandeyji saying to Swami Balivesh that "janivaar" ki kasm, he would stay loyal to him. This after betraying Rudra's whereabouts (and hence Balivesh's lies) to Greysen. No honour among thieves - as you rightly pointed out.

Lovely and detailed analysis...will def keep a look out for future ones...

My take-- MK started out really well and hope it continues to tell its story wthout any pressures and TRP challenges... Really hope the writers n CVs are able to tell the story as they intended...

Maimui-- absolutely love her and I was hoping she would be here for a longtime...she is like the backbone of the story n Rudra...Seema Biswas is just amazing...

Inconsistencies--- teenage Rudra's wounds self healed quickly

( when he tried to whip his Garuda tatoo) but adult Rudra little scratch needs bandages!! Maybe I am missing something or this was just so the villian's could get a blood sample...and discover its superhuman qualities!!!

Anyway am enjoying the serial and hope it continues to thrill us...
