i find KMG language difficult to understand.

they also call diff ppl with same names. so sometimes its confusing.

The only important son of Karna who was a front line Kaurav warrior was Vrishsen who was killed by Arjun just before the legendary KaJu duel.

Arjun ensured that Vrishsen is surrounded with no escape route and blocked any possibility of Karna's entry in that area. He then asked Karna to witness his son's death as a revenge to him being a part of Abhimanyu Badh

i dont remember seeing all this in star MB i may have missed that episode or was all this shown. i dont remember seeing karnas son only actually

But would public believe that they didn't know? People would be like his mother knew it so why would she hide etc.

I already said still there was nothing wrong with it, but for Yudhishtir it was great.

Yudhishtir had a strange fascination to his Dharmaraj image and Karna being the actual owner to the throne would have been a huge dent on it

Once he got to know from Bheeshm that Karna didn't have the right on throne at least not more than Yudi, he became happy

I doubt they would have shown this. As you said Karna's sons weren't shown.

Vrishsen's death was something like a recreation of Abhimanyu's death just that Abhimanyu was still a kid unlike Vrishsen

They didn't even show Duryodhan's son Lakshman, who was actually more important than all the Karna's sons if you ask me

Star Plus Mahabharat did a huge favour showing Upapandavas only. Laxman was for namesake there. Only Duryodhan mentioned his name like his mother, Bhanumati. And Karna's son didn't have any name too. Only Mere Putra, Aapke Putra

Yes. Bhanumati was to be staked.

Lakshman's name was taken at the beginning of the episode where Upapandavas were introduced. He said Mere baad Mera Putra Lakshman Samraat banega aur uske baad uska Putra.

Karna said today to Arjun, Mere Putra ko tum DhanurVidya Prasikshan donge

And Arjun said Apka Putra ko uttam dhanurdhar banayunga aur Indraprastha ke sinhasan pe aapka putra ka adhikaar hain

@Italics ye to I guess Vrishketu ki baat ho rahi hai who isn't even mentioned in Vaishampayan Mahabharata. Usko Bhagwan jaane kahan se Indraprasth bhi de diya

Now that they have revealed the truth on day 17 itself, they could not have shown Nakul killing Chitrasen Susen n Satyasen on day18. So we shall assume they were all dead earlier itself. Chalo maan liya

BTW how did Duryodhan react to this revelation
