The Sabha Parva gives a complete detail of how things progressed in present tense, there is no mention of Draupadi there, it's only Bheem mocking him, other brothers actually help and support Duryodhan.

Later Duryodhan while trying to convince Dhritrashtra to invite Pandavas for game of dice, says about how things progressed. There he even dislikes the helps by twins n concern by Yudi, and says that Draupadi n other ladies laughed at him/mocked him(still no Andhe ka putra line mind it, just a mocking laugh) now Duryodhan isn't a Harischandra that he couldn't have lied, especially when we have been part of the happenings in present tense, yet at max we could give him some benefit of doubt that Draupadi was one among many who insulted him, but shows make her the central culprit

StarBharat takes it one step further making Draupadi ask him n Karna to shed their weapons and what not
