I just couldn't connect yesterday, this is quite usual though. People have stated their opinions already, so I don't wish to repeat currently.
Btw, what was the need to insert that word amid Geeta gyan? 🤢

Shruti. If you actually look at ancient military history, this picture looks so wrong

The chariots should be light and easily maneuverable. The commanders and esp the king should not be front and center. They wear their hair very short (or else it can get used as a weapon against them).

We are the group that invented chess. we must have gotten those ideas from somewhere!

@ shoddy episodes, belied expectations and reduced Arjun,

The whole problem is in writing. They have not cared to write sincerely on him. Not only many important or beautiful high points neglected or reduced to non-event, the mandatory parts are treated with mediocrity- mundane, careless script. The result? The hero turned into a compromised 'also-ran' figure. But how could they help it? Their whole focus is elsewhere. Their creative energy is occupied with fanfic, trying to shove down false adaptions and distortions.😆

If someone wants to call it triumph of the powerful then so be it

I won't indulge on any further discussion on it

@bold- very rightly said. it is matter of faith which can't be proven.
In my personal view,i think War was result of unavoidable circumstances created in pursuit of Justice. If it was truely a dharmyudh then why it even punished those soldiers involved who were probably only serving their commander like any soldier would do... Was it really dharma to destroy so many lives who had no hand in injustice caused to pandavas in first place... and as someone mentioned previously... wasnt war itself injustice to many women and children who suffered for no fault of their own...
War in any case destroy innocents too... whether it is dwapar or kalyug.. there can be no justification for that in my view .. but then as nature's fury doesnt see who is right and wrong and kind of wipe out everything that comes in it way.. Similar was the case with this yudh.. There was excessive build up of wrong things happening ... that it had to explode while taking in its course everything that came...

I am actually quite upset..this is ridiculous! They brought up everyone and forgot Karna? Oh wait ⭐️krishna will remind ⭐️Arjun when he is down pulling at the wheel! I forgot!

Where is Sanjay and Dritarashta? Did they totally forget about them? Sanjay is suppose to narrating Arjun's every move to Dritarashta! He heard the Geeta as well!

it didn't give me that feel, ⭐️Krishna here is way too pro-Draupadi! ( My opinion do not bash)!!

And what's with the time freeze? looked ridiculous!

And I have read the Gita and am quite familiar with the shlokas...I hope to see improvement in the coming episodes!

StarPlus you are doing a Staralicious job of entertaining the youth with garbage!

I too feel that draupadi's VH was a catalyst for war not the actual reason ..there was no ONE particular reason... for the war... it was outcome of all that had accumlated starting from Satyavati's ambitions...
I think Sanjay is watching live telecast... and We need to assume that.🤔..
i do hope for improvement too.. though i do have expectations since I believe they kind of explain things more in a way that we can understand them better..
lets hope 😊
CVs love karna😳 dont forget that Radha .. but seriously they put Ashwi name instead of karna there🤔..may be as u said CVs will remind Arjun of that sentence from karna when he is pulling that chariot wheel

👏 I agree with this. VH while catalyst, pandavas were ready to condone and settle down for 5 villages.. It was Kunti who put fire in Yudhi during this time by sending message thru Krishna. She was pro war but again only a catalyst.

I agree with both of you . In an attempt to make it look different they have made it look ugly

UpaPs dying could be passed off as the Pandavas being punished for their sins, but didn't Draupadi suffer the loss of her children too as a mother?

It's not like Abhimanyu was only Arjuna's son, he was Subhadra's son too. What mistake had Subhadra committed to suffer this loss?

Why should children be killed for the mistakes committed by their fathers? What crime had the children committed?

I find this kind of "justice" to be completely perplexing...

Will try to answer this in a different way.
In the epi. Krishna said leaves of a tree are there just to nourish the three. Pandava's Children, other kings, the entire army, were leaves of the existing system. Once their role was over, they had to fall down from the tree. Kurukshetra was chosen to give all those souls good gati at the end of thier lives.
That's why death in a battle field fighting for your country is considered best. The other one is of the yogic soul leaving his body throgh Brhmarandhra & merging in the Supreme consciousness.
We will never get satisfactory answers just by considering one pov.
In Astrology too certain Yogas are mentioned where people who will later unite to achieve a commen goal are born during a particular time period.
If the perspective is of analysing every character's pain, sorrow, justice, injustice then we can never get the clear picture of why such things have happened.
Every soul that is born is part of this Universe. They come with an account of Karmas. How to read, know, analyse this Karmic account, is very difficult for us. That's why we depend on great teachings when our questions are not satisfactorily answered. Then the journey of soul in self realisation begins.
Epics like Mahabhart, Gita are just not to be read. Their are meant to be understood & their lessons are to be implemented in our life.

i always thought geeta is more about life and how we should conduct ourselevs properly in life face different situations in life?Is it about that or is it about why kruurshetaar war was necessary and right?

No dear what he said yesterday was not Geeta
In Geeta lord reveals purpose of life and meaning of death The aspect of Aatma , the very famous karma theory and so forth
He narrates all was created by him an all will come back unto him

Fulfilling your duties without getting attached to the desires if the flesh is one if the teachings
