Guys, before posting anything remember few important pts.
This is a show based on the epic Mahabharat. What we are watching is the maker's interpretation. Which some may like & some may not.
We have made a thread for story distortion. Instead of posting your views there, posting them here is going to create problem. Since we are aware of the fact that it is not word to word the original Ved Vyas's version in that case going on & on about story distortion is of no use.
People are sensitive. If you don't agree with any post, do not retaliate.
Mocking other's post is strictly not allowed & mocking this show is not going to of any help.
If at all you wish to mock please mock your own views not others.😆

This is EDT & let it be for that itself. BRC or Jaya or any other auther's work should be discussed here.
For story distortion use this thread.
To discuss various questions about MB use.
Those who are interested in participating in discussions should follow the respective thread instead of mixing up everything in this thread. Our members are quite understanding & polite. To participate here we wish the same from new members too.
PS: Remember this too.
IMP: FINAL GUIDELINES FOR YOUR POSTS

Hello Friends,

This show has reached an important part of this epic, that will decide future of all the characters. Since some content will be sensitive, all the members are requested to think before they comment.

Criticisms are NOT bashing, members having different opinions are not haters of any character, members have every right to share the information as long as it is in accordance to rules, please refrain from type-casting members, having different views as "haters", However, keep a check on the criticism which often tends to insult/mock/bash a character .

Having said that, please refrain from any sort of Moral Policing in the forum, no one has any right to tell the other member where and what they can or cannot comment, Be more open to critical views as we will be seeing lots of criticisms of every single character, in the upcoming episodes. Agree to disagree, with others opinions

All discussions must be logical and subjective.Anyone bashing, insulting or targeting fans/fan groups will be dealt with, accordingly.

Thanks and Regards,
Mahabharat Dev Team

Hello friends,
EDT is for discussing about epi. aired & comparing it with what was written in the epic. Instead of that it has turned into either fights over which book to considered for citation or attacking & defending different characters by their fan groups. We can only discuss constructively the epi, story & the characters, not fight over it.
Please keep in mind this place is not for expressing your views about members who doesn't agree with your views. MB as an epic should be viewed & analysed not as a fan of a particular character & ridiculing everything else.
Such posts will be removed, due action will be taken against those delberately not following the participatrion guidelines mentioned in forum rules.

In the epic, exactly when did Satyavati die?

For me, too much of a coincidence that she dies on the day of the Kurukshetra war in ⭐️B...

As said the timeline is not stated but death is mentioned along with the mention of Satyavati, Ambika and Ambalika leaving with Vyas,.. cant imagine she lived till day of Kurukshetra..

Ohk congo on new thread regarding the episode for the first time I felt it was Mahabharath ...Firstly I would like to start with Bheeshmas brooding Voice and best wishes...Though I would have loved if Duryodhan would march ahead and give a briefing regarding warriors and their strength ...Secondly though little dramatic Sanjaya got his divine vision.I didnot understand Story of Satyawati's demise though. But the episode seemed like Mahabharatha because of incredible acting of Srj and Shaheer. It got on to my nerves when Paarth wailed. He perfectly depicted the turmoil ,the quiver in his voice, anguish and helplessness was commendable...Srj nailed it again when he said tum keval eek saadhan ho paarth...It felt like they are truely Krishna Arjuna...Now it seems really serious ...I would like to appreciate starbharath for a wonderful episode...Though Paarths acheivements were never celebrated his actual moments of glory are well depicted...Eagerly waiting for Paarths despondency and Janardhana's dealing...

What a well-crafted episode. A nice and sincere piece. 👏
Not only narrator vision sequence was well etched, it exposed the latent fears and remorse of passive enablers. The 'vision' first approached each eligible member with an incisive prospect- each baulk and retreat- finally settling on a relatively neutral witness. In the process, it bared inner contours of both- righteous and culprits. Gandhari's fears were touching.👏
But the Moment was opening of the 'canvass'- As visaged by Sanjay, when all were frozen in an 'eternal moment'. The vastness of the scope; the Moment of pure and eternal knowledge, the poise of its radiant flow, from the 'Shepherd' to the 'Shepherded', it was a pure magic. (They don't need to even do anything extraordinary and still it turns out enthralling)...The Moment of epic, when it appears, everything else was written towards the purpose of this culmination.👏

Suddenly all fell into their natural acts and scripts! Which delights- Naturally, when for once, they follow the source! ( repeating- they don't need to do anything excessive and yet it turns up great!) Please continue.
