Episode begins with Kunti telling YBNS that Karna needs Nakul and Sahadev's help. They don't agree so Kunti is about to tell them the truth of her relationship with Karna.
Before she can say the words, Arjun and Draupadi enter the tent 😎
Arjun says that Karna has performed a great sacrifice today and a warrior like him should die in the battlefield not a tent.
Draupadi agrees and says that also only Arjun should have the honour of killing Karna.
Kunti looks upset hearing their words but Yudhishtira agrees that Kunti is right and orders Nakul Sahadev to help Karna.
Sahadev reminds Yudhi that they need to go and welcome their Uncle (Madri's brother) Shalya but Yudhi says this task is more important and Shalya's welcome will have to be done in the battlefield itself.
Shalya is shown arriving with his vast army. His path is blocked by various tents and decorations and two ministers come to greet him. They are Ashwathama and Dushasan in disguise and they welcome Shalya and praise him to the sky.
Shalya believes they are ministers of Yudhi and allows him to be led into the tents. He wonders where Nakul Sahadev are but Ashwathama distracts him by saying the King is waiting for him.
Shalya assumes it is Yudhi and is surprised that the King himself has come to welcome him. Inside the tent, Duryodhan is shown waiting for Shalya.
Nakul and Sahadev have medicines for Karna which they pour onto his body. He is healed and his parents, Vrushali and Kunti smile. Karna bows to Nakul and Sahadev's knowledge, but Nakul says their divine medicine cannot give him any further aid and they throw the plates of medicine on the floor.
Nakul says we will soon bow to your dead body Karna, and everyone is shocked. NS ask Kunti to come to their tent but she refuses as her place is with Hastinapur. Sahadev is worried for her protection but Karna assures him that he'll protect Kunti like a son. NS bow to Kunti and leave.
NS come out of the tent to see Shalya with Duryodhan and co. They tell Shalya that this is the enemy camp. Shalya apologises and says he is now their enemy too, since evil Duryodhan has tricked him into fighting for them.
NS are furious and demand to know how this happened. Shalya says he thought the welcome arrangements were done by the Pandavas and he was so happy with the praises heaped on him he granted the ministers a boon, and now he must fight for the Kauravas.
Sahadev is angry and says all the brothers in the world consider their sister's sons to be equal to 100 brahmins, and this is how you betrayed us?
Shalya apologies and says his blessings with always be with the Pandavas but he is helpless. Shalya insults Duryodhan and his upbringing, thereby insulting his parents too. Duryodhan goes to hit Shalya but Shakuni stops him and warns him not to say anything about his sister and her husband.
Shalya challenges them to fight him right there, but Shakuni laughs saying now is not the time. Soon the time will come where he can challenge his nephews on the battlefield.
Nakul accepts the challenge and says he will certainly fight Shalya and kill him for betraying them.
Sahadev challenges Shakuni and says he will kill him on the battlefield for being the organiser of all the cheating and betrayal. The Kauravas laugh as NS return to their camp.
Pandavas, Dhrishtadyumn and Krishna look at the battle formation plans in the tent. Bhima tells Nakul that punishing Shalya is of no importance now, as his 2 akshohini's have gone over to the Kauravas, they now have 11 while the Pandavas have only 7.
Arjun says that when the warriors from the Kaurava army will attack their soldiers, the warriors on the Pandava side will be too busy trying to protect the soldiers, instead of fighting their opposing warriors.
Krishna says that if everyone gives up their anger, attachment and fear and fight then having less soldiers is of no importance. Krishna says that for victory they must concentrate on a plan for Bhishma's death.
The Pandavas are shocked hearing this, but Krishna reminds them that Bhishma has sworn to protect Duryodhan and their victory is impossible while he is alive. Krishna tells Arjun that sacrifice is the first step of dharma.
Precap: Bhishma tells the Kauravas that none of Arjun's arrows will reach Karna since Karna is forbidden from entering the battlefield. Karna is shocked.
