Wonderful piece of writing! 👏
Nothing would have made better sense in understanding Draupadi!!!
Your writing was so soothing!!

And I always wonder why people drag in a non existing relationship between Karna and Draupadi! Both of them had their own reasons to hate each other! And unlike seen in films and shows hate don't turn to love!

Draupadi is like a thread which binds all the five senses, like how our body binds all the senses!!! And if one asks you to choose one sense among all the five, then you won't be able to choose one, because one cannot exist with just one sense!!! Similarly Draupadi's existence is in vain if one among the pandu putra is not there!

Thank you for giving such a beautiful OS! 😳

thanks dear---
she should have written it.
its foolish that some people think she had any attachment at all to karna---someone who insulted her so badly in the dyut sabha.

Thanks Dreamygatz...very well said👏

I hate how people romanticize a non existent relationship between Karna and Draupadi and you are right, without her five senses, Draupadi would be incomplete

Thanks Medha...I sometimes wonder where this myth of Karna-Draupadi angle started from😕 because Ved Vyas gave us no hints whatsoever

Superb explanations!! Very plausible

And yes no sixth sense thank God! We will leave all the 6th sense fundas to Mr Night Shyamalan and stick to just 5 here. What woman in her right mind would hanker after someone who called you names, whatever be the provocation? I don't think Draupadi was a masochist!

But since I am a die hard PP fan, just wanted to write that I did read somewhere that Drau was the "vak" or speech and Arjuna the "mind". Hence the connection between them was strongest 😉
