Beautiful OS...👏

Although, I would always have a special place for Parth-Panchali, n would like to believe forever that Panchali loved Parth the most, the way, you depicted the whole thing is great.
Indeed, Panchali shared a unique relationship, with each of her husbands.
And in this beautiful relationship, I don't think, one should drag Karna, and insult the Pandavas, Draupadi as well as Karna.
Beautiful story...
Please write more OSs on Draupadi...😊

I usually stay away from reading OS's on the mahabharat but I am so glad I read this one.
You analysed the relationship between Draupadi and her five husbands so beautifully.
You really did full justice to this. If Vyaas had indeed tried to explain the relationship, I believe he would have come up with something similar.

I really feel bad that after everything she went through all her life, her whole life was defined for eternity by Yudhishtir's single statement.

You really did justice to draupadi in this OS.

except for one.. am sorry to say but am upset seeing you clubbed Nakul and Sahadev into one paragraph as 'Twins'.. 😒

Oh to add, leaving aside what you 'actually' meant, Draupadi saying that she does not have 6th sense sounded funny 😆

Thanks Diala. I would love to write stuff on Nakul and Sahdev separately but I haven't found much info on their relationship with Draupadi at an individual level...except maybe once Nakul helped heal the sores on her feet when they were going on the Badrinath teerth

Yeah, this Draupadi doesn't have a 'sixth sense'😆

Hi Anu! Is this my QH Anushree???😊 Welcome aboard

It's not easy for us Kaliyug people to understand Dwapar yug sentiments but having said that, Draupadi is one of the most fascinating heroines I've ever read about and I admire her a lot.

Thanks Amrita. Even I'm a PP fan- did you read my OS on Arjun's final journey?

Even here, there is a subtle hint that Parth ruled her heart whereas all others ruled her mind😉

I will continue to write a long as these characters inspire me. 😊

I am told that in the officially accepted translation of the Epic that it was Sakha Govind who tried to make Karna into a 'sixth sense' for Panchali

Thanks IPK. Yes, Yudi's statement said a lot but I wish Ved Vyas at some point had written something from Draupadi's POV also. Having said that, her meltdown when Subhadra came to IP and her depression when Arjun left exile in search of celestial weapons probably do have some weight in Yudi's statement. Even if she had a soft corner for Arjun, she never wavered from her duties or dedication towards the other 4

You mean when Krishna asked Karna to join the Pandavs? Yeah, wonder what would have happened if Karna had said yes. I'm glad Draupadiw as spared the sixth sense by Karna himself😆

I am now entertaining myself imagining Krishna having to explain to Sakhi what she must now do😆. He would have had to borrow the body armor from his new found friend to face up to the former friend!
