Or she would have set ablaze a line of fire

All said and done, I'm sure Sakha would have convinced her in the name of dharm and the greater good of mankind

Wonderful piece of writing Bheegi. I am seeing it after a long time you posted, but could not help giving my review. This piece is one of the best pieces I have read about Draupadi in the forum. I would call it my most favourite one. 😊

Quiet wonderful imagination. Draupadi was the strength of the five of them. How could one have been more attached? But I believe that the relationships she shared with them were different.

Thanks Yajnaseni...I'm sure it was hard for her to handle 5 different personalities but she was quite a woman, wasn't she?😃

now this seems like the right answer! Lord Krishna told her and others the same thing, but others chose to degrade her instead of understanding the truth they were five but one together

Thanks adventure gurl...yes, we can only hope that's what the reality was. 😊 After all, Krishna wouldn't let his saki do something that wasn't moral😛
