Looks like Sanjaya is not needed in this MB, Since everyone has a foresight anyone can narrate the event to Dhrtiashtra, Or Dhritashtra gets a live watch of the war through his "Foresight", Maybe when Karna aims an arrow towards Arjuna, Arjuna knew at which angle it will come to, he catches it like he did in the rangbhoomi.

See there are two reasons, it is written in the Ved's that a women having contact with more than 3 men is not pure, Hence after having babies from Indra, Wind god and yama she let Madri conceive the later two. and the second reason being Madri asked for it.

Nobody knew before the marriage that Draupadi in her past life had such boon, After their marriage Vyas told them about Draupadi's past life. No-one except Pandavas and Draupadi knew about her past life boon.
