They have not at all developed Bhishma's character properly

Neither am I liking Yidhishtir's dialogue delivery

He is not sounding strong . Not sounding like a chakravarti samrat

hmm i was watching the sbs segment where the famous five with drau were taking their oaths and from the background it seems that they are in indraprastha! the throne with the wings in the back is yudi's right??

so when did they go back to IP? and they waited the whole journey from HP to IP to take oaths?😕 dont they leave directly from HP to forest? all the oaths are taken in HP only before the second dice game!!!

yeah so its after the second dice game? they lose IP also and agree to go to vanvaas so duri allows them one last visit to IP before proceeding for forest???

Yudi was always peace loving, serene, calm, In fact some versions say he was hesitant to do the Rajsuya because he was quite satisfied with IP. Thus, it was the Blue One who had to send Narad to him and say you father's spirit wishes that you perform Rajsuya; even then Yudi was not totally convinced and so the Avatar had to come to Yudi and tell him how he must be the Samrat because India was in need of an emperor as just and as dharma following as him.

Finally, then did Yudi agree to do the yagya.

So Yudi being all calm, nice, not harsh, un-samrat like does not surprise me AT ALL

regardless of being the Samrat, Yudi's biggest problem was that he was a VERY NICE guy; to a fault. and THAT is what was taken advantage of to the fullest extent.

and THAT is why despite staking his brothers and his beloved "most beautiful woman in the world-esque" queen, he could meditate and pray and be absolved of sin because he Lord knew that he was basically a good, trusting, nice, guy. Not the shades of grey guy he was made out to be.

He did not save DPadi that day and THAT was his BIGGEST mistake.

P.S. This is my interpretation of Yudi from the versions of the MB I have read;

I thought there was only one dice game where Yudishtir loses everything and Draupadi's cheer haran takes place. when was the second dice game played.Please can someone explain?

Dice game no. 2 does take place after Pandavas get freed from slavery. The Pandavas receive an invite for the second dice game, and Yudi actually accepts the invite, despite everything that happened earlier...

The Pandavas lose the second dice game, and get exiled for 12+1 years...that is, 12 years of exile, and 1 year of incognito stay.

This makes me SO SOOO anggryyy---why Yudi why😭

Anyways, those who believe say that THIS was the only time Yudi did something without Krishna's guidance Or else if you look at the events ever since DPadi's swayamvar

from obtaining IP from Dhri to Rajsuya at EVERY step it was Kanha who WAS the king maker behind Yudi; yes his brothers got him wealth and won him lands but it was Krishna who gave counsel.

It is said that THIS was the ONLY time in the epic, Yudi took his decision alone--without brthers, without mother, without Lord and without wife and he failed MISERABLY

Some versions state that through this part in the MB Vyasa reminded us that life is a fame where at a point one can be the king of the world and the next as poor as a pauper.
