That's well known, since Trigartha & Kalinga were different. The princess Karna helped Duryodhan abduct was a princess of Kalinga - see the Shanti Parva section on Karna's early life.
While it's a case of reading b/w the lines, Susarma probably gave Bhanumati to Duryodhan to get him as an ally against Matsya, since Keechaka, who was their commander, was in the habit of bullying him. So I'd imagine that Trigarta would probably have been in the Jaipur or Ranthamber regions of Rajputana. So Bhanumati was married to him, and Trigarta was an ally. Duryodhan too liked that arrangement, since Virata, who preferred the Pandavas when they ruled Indraprastha, rebuffed any attempts @ friendship.
I'm guessing Shrutayudha was either the brother or nephew of the wife Duryodhan had from that Kalinga abduction.
In Ramanand Sagar's Shri Krishna, they confused Bhanumati w/ that princess who was abducted from her swayamvara. Note that the latter was really early, since Satadhandva - the murderer of Satrajit - was among the suitors (his only role, from what I've read, is wanting to marry various women 😆) So that marriage at least definitely happened b4 the Jatugriha.
So Duryodhan may not have been the eldest of the overall Kuru princes, but he would definitely have been the first to marry 😆. Either the above Kalinga princess, or if Bhanumati was the first wife, then Bhanumati b4 that.
