Star Bharat's portrayal of Arjun as Maha Nayak is crossing all limits. Would want to list the attributes/achievements of this Maha Nayak Arjun for the kind info of CVs;

1. Arjun defeats Dhuryodhan during the Pratiyogita in an uneven battle in which he uses bow and arrow of which he is a master and not with mace.

2. Finds himself equal to Karna and was unable to defeat him during the Pratiyogita.

3. Dhuryodhan achieves as much as Arjun in the battle against Drupad, and it is because of Krishna's help that Arjun manages to win.

4. Wins Draupadi, but with Bheem's help manages to leave the hall with Draupadi against the onslaught of other kings.

5. When in Indraparasta, he goes on exile only to enjoy the company of Uloopi, Chitrangada, gandharva kanyas and finally to get one permanent wife for himself.

6. During Vanvas, spends a lot of time in Swarg lok enjoying dance and music. Yes, helps Indra to defeat Navata Kavachas.

7. During Agyat Vaas, enjoys life in the company of young girls in the pretext of a curse. Why couldn't he join as an assistant to Sairendri in serving Sudhheshne?

8. At the end of Agyat Vaas, gets Uttara married to his son Abhimanyu and not the eldest son (Prati Vindhya) of Pandavas who is about 7 to 8 years elder to Abhimanyu.

9. Defeats the entire Kaurav sena by using Sanmohini astra during the battle at the end of Agyaat Vaas.

10. Kills Bheeshma after he gives up arms seeing Shikhandini in Arjun's chariot.

11. Avoids battle with Drona.

12. Kills Jayadrath as per his oath by Krishna's help.

13. Kills Karna when he was engaged in pulling his chariot out of mother earth. Gets help of Kunti, Indra and Krishna in accomplishing this.

On the contrary, Bheem's achievements are:-

1. Single handedly kills Hidimba, Bakasur, Jarasandh, Kirmeera and Keechaka along with all his brothers.

2. Kills all 100 sons of Dritharastra without anybody's help. This despite Dhuryodhan's vajra Kaay blessed by Ghandhari.

3.Provides empathy to Draupadi during 12 years of Van Vaas.

One may recall that in Krith Yug, every time any misdeed by Indra caused empowerment of Rakshasas,it was always Vishnu, Shiv or Durga who had to come to his rescue. And Arjun is born to this Indra. And Bheem was born to Vayu with an illustrious elder brother Sri Hanuman ji. Hanuman ji is an epitome of Bhakti and Bheem an epitome of Shakhti. As we all know, Hanuman ji is worshipped by most of us, and in Northern India there are temples for Bheem which are visited by the newly weds where in the groom prays to Bheem to give him strength to protect his wife from all evil forces.

Knowing the above facts of Mahabharat, it is simply irritating to watch Starbharat portraying Arjun as Maha Nayak and Bheem as a comedian.

I have decided to stop watching this Starbharat!
