Hey RishBalians, 🤗I am back after a long hiatus. Hopefully you will like it!

And I am renaming this as Dreams, title suggested by Mentally-Insane🤗

Part 2

"You will have to head the company." said Madhu's father, with steely nerves. He knew his daughter well, she would agree if she had to get the admission papers signed.

After a moment, she nodded. A minute ago she was a care free spirited college girl and the next moment she was the director of a company.

She walked away, thoughts running across her mind. She didn't know the B of business, and now she has to run a company.

But atleast she would get into college and learn business before going to a professional college. This was her chance to get what she wanted. The very next day, the lawyer decided to show up with the papers. Her father signed and so did she. She was the official owner of the 4 billion dollar enterprise.

Madhu entered the office, noticing everyone rises from their seats to welcome their new boss. Everyone thought she would be as snobbish, rude, immature and demanding like her elder sister, but she was very different. Instead of progressing towards her company, she clapped and asked for everyone's attention, stating she wanted to introduce herself.

Madhu: "Good morning fellas, as all of you know I am your new boss, I would like to introduce myself to all of you. Well I am Madhubala Malik, the daughter of your old boss. But before you assume me to know everything; I want to speak about myself."

"Well lets see, I am new to the company and don't know the ABC of business. I will be more than happy if you people help me out and I can show my father I can multitask. Look, after 2 years I will be off to Delhi for my degree and that time I need you people to take care of our business. As much as this company is mine, its yours. The company is running and is earning profits is because you people sweat day and night to achieve its targets. Thank you for your cooperation. "

"So you people continue with your work while I take a look around the office. And one more thing, please don't be formal. I am much younger than you, so call me Madhu. No Boss or Mam. Is that okay?"

The gathered staff nodded in agreement. They all went back to their seats and started working.

Madhu entered her cabin. It was beautiful. Lovely wall design and interiors. She loved it. Some Mr.Mehra had come to meet her and congratulate for her new post. While leaving he did pay her a handsome amount so she gives the business to his company. She outright refused. She said I will work clean and not indulge in any kind of corruption.

Mr. Mehra: "But your dad was fine with bribes" he announced.

Madhu growled back, "That was his style of business, not mine. I will not accept any bribes nor give any." Is that clear? Mehra nodded and left.

She again called her staff, and declared no one will give or take any bribes. She said that she can forgive people who make mistakes, as we are not perfect to make no mistakes. But if I catch anyone cheating, I will have him/her fired. So beware. I am as sweet as I am wicked.

She called her assistant, Shalu, let our business go down for some time, but when the business will bounce back, there is no looking back for us. Black money always brings destruction. I want my company to stand tall and proud.

Keep me updated about the work, I am off to college.
