I vividly remember how RishBala were slaughtered ruthlessly by the creatives and specially Mr. Tewari, he couldn't even give them an end.
Imagine, DVD as RishBala...in their last moments, had been the sexiest thing ever! So I decided to pen this down...as a tribute to my jodi which was destroyed so brutally.
DISCLAIMER: It is kind of a sad OS. JUST my version of what happened after that blast which killed RM. If you cannot take a sad OS, don't read it.. :P

"RK!", she mumbled. Her voice reflected a lot of physical pain.
She lay on the floor of the studio...everything around her was black and smoke. Her body couldn't move. She felt burning sensations from head to toe. Her fingers, which lay beneath a chair were somehow better than the rest of her body. With much difficulty and pain, she groped around for RK. She wanted to feel him...as if he would come and take her away from her misery. There were flames around, she could hear the cracklings sounds of bodies being charred to death.

"Biwi!", he replied.
He was groaning too. Madhu tried to focus. She could feel his breath near. He was in pain.
"RK...where are you?", she moaned and sobbed.
"Biwi, we need to survive this, you need to survive this..."

"I am not going to survive without you RK!", she coughed loudly which caused her chest to groan.
She realized the burn of scars on her neck and face now.
"Biwi, you have to. For our Beti. You need to keep calm...", he groaned.
His voice coming from somewhere in the mist. Madhu pushed herself and crawled towards the voice, only to find his clothes.
"RK, is that you?", she whispered.
RK's fingers joined hers, as a groan left RK's mouth. Madhu felt his burned fingers. They were sticky, probably blood must be oozing out. "Beti...where is she?", he asked. "She is with Maa! Don't worry. Our lineage will survive this RK!", Madhu assured. They crawled to each others sides. "How do you feel RK?", she asked.

"I feel like the king of the world", he smirked and then moaned as his chest burnt.
"RK, please stay calm. Bittuji must be here in a while...I'll hit you when we recover!", she entwined her fingers in his. "I may not survive this Biwi!", he moaned.
"RK, stop talking rubbish! Nothing is going to happen. Absolutely nothing. We will survive this together.", she held his hands.
"Madhu...you will not be able to see me!", he smirked. "I look like a beast", he said.
"Oh well, I have a doctorate degree in falling love with the most handsome beast ever!", she sighed rolling eyes...tears rolled down.
"Are you burnt alot Biwi?", he sounded concerned...and as if he was trying to get up.
"Yes I am. Half of my face is burning..and my stomach, and I guess my saree has burnt and stuck to my legs...so yeah I am in pretty bad shape!", she smirked...and coughed.
"You're still better than me. There's this huge chandelier on my left arm...and I can't feel it.", he smirked. Madhu cringed and sniffed, tears rolling down her eyes.
She couldn't imagine him like this. "RK! Please stay with me...", she moaned. "Always Biwi", he assured her coughing hard. Madhu lifted her weight and turned to her right, facing RK's body. He was still invisible to her.

"RK. Thank you...", she said.

"Biwi. Shut up. Don't consider this as our end. You will survive this with our Beti and Maa. I will see you happy and smiling always."

"RK, I am not living without you. Our daughter has Maa as her mentor. And she got saved from this blast. God has Their hand on our little girl. She will survive this, but life without you...is no better than dying. I'd love to die in your arms."

"That's the problem Biwi! I can't move. And I seriously don't want to go away without having you by my side"

"We will meet soon RK.", she comforted him.
She knew how he was and so she decided to move closer to him. He groaned as his hands felt her body. She came very close to him. Madhu felt his arm, this one was just injured and not burnt. She gently extended this hand apart and then lifted her body's weight on that had. He encircled her shoulders. Madhu cringed. Her shoulders were burned.

"Biwi, I am sorry..."

Madhu raised her hands and felt his face, it was alright...but his head was bleeding. She felt his cheeks and cupped it in her hands, sinking her face in his body. "RK! Ssshhh! This is it!", she cried.

"Yes Biwi. I guess this is it."

"So, 6 more to go?", he chuckled.

"6?"

"6 more births of togetherness Biwi! Remember, we are entwined till eternity"

"Yeah right. I can't imagine 6 births of living with Right Kameena"

"Ahaan! Biwi"

"RK...don't leave and go please!"

"I am right here Biwi!", he would have definitely winked, she guessed.

"You're the best thing that ever happened to me!"

"...and you're the worst!", she bit her lip. He chuckled and coughed loudly.

"RK! Stay calm!"

"RK can never be quiet Biwi!", another wink...she sighed at her dramatic husband.

She pulled herself up so that her lips could feel his face. He sighed as he felt her.

"I am going to miss this for a while!", he sighed. She felt a tear in his eyes as she kissed them. "I will too...", she kissed his nose.

"Pagalo ki si nafrat...", he coughed. Madhu kissed his cheeks. "Pagalo ka sa Ishq...", he continued and kissed her eyes. "Milkar kya khub nibhaya...", he kissed her nose. "Madhubala", she whispered. "EK Ishq... EK Junoon...", he pulled her closer and sucked her lips into a deep kiss.

They took a deep breath, inhaling each other for eternity. As life exhaled out of them, their lips cuddled together, promising an eternity long companionship.

'Sad' was the tracks which were actually shown in the series (saying 'sad' here as euphemism for ☢️).
This fanfic was lovely.😳

Shivu, you write really good!
Good is an understatement I guess! I could picture the entire scenario! that is how good it was! but I am glad it was not as sad as you said it would be! RishBala were their typical selves! hats off to you man!
Truly a job well done!

This was great. A really emotional OS. I now regret that they didn't show this when Rishbala died. There wouldn't be a dry eye left on the audience that would watch this ending. Thanks for the PM. I loved the OS.😳😛
