Okay, jokes apart. What is wrong? Do you have any fever? Is it muscle pains or just plain pains?
Okay muscle pains. Do some stretching. Drink som tea from thyme, it relaxes the nerves. Blackcurrant has an anti inflammatory effect. Maybe your muscles are paining to some inflammtion in them. So either eat blackcurrant or if you have tea from it, make some and add some honey (I will always advice for honey instead of sugar😆). I don't know if there is any tea brand called Lipton in India, it's British. Well if you do have, Lipton Blackcurrant tea will help. Even if it only has 3 or 4 % blackcurrant. But these pains won't go away just like that.Originally posted by: drashtifan1

like Lubu even I don't like tea.. And we do have lipton in India, I had tried lipton ice tea once and i didn't like it much.. Honey in tea would make tea's taste even more worse?
Even I don't like ice tea 🤢 My mum bought it once. Well one sip of it and out of my mouth it went.Well I like honey in my tea, for me it tastes way better than sugar in tea.😆
