All the time people that don't like Madhu to be Mahan character than RK or Raja. But isn't the remit of the show about a simple girl compelled to be a star/heroine in bollywood?

Look at the overview of the show same "Madhubala, a story of a girl born on the sets of a Bollywood film who grows up to be mesmerizingly beautiful. She has no aspirations of entering the glamorous film industry but fate has something else in store for her. A girl with simple dreams is compelled to act and to everyones surprise a new star is born. Madhubala - a gripping story of middle class aspirations, values and desires, set against the backdrop of Bollywood."

What does compelled mean? Not by ambition to be an actress she goes about to get into Bollywood, but due to need/requirement at that given time.

So from that it tells what I'm saying so the remit of the show is to show the heroine track where Madhu is compelled to enter bollywood due to her circumstances of need at that time. So remit is for Madhu to be MAHAN at the time she enters bollywood, because if she has no aspiration to be a star and she is compelled to be due to helping her husband, remit is to show her Mahan when she enters films., that was always how it was supposed to be.

ohhh god commenting in this forum after ages... but completely agree with ur post its always been like this thats the story i had fall for once... the big bang first promo still increases my heart beat but ST had ruined to so badly and AS just adding to it that its impossible for once loyal audience like me to get back to show i had moved on ... this story had so much potential after unwedding they actually should had start heroine track by making Sultan producer Rishabala's love and hate could had different level altogether alas some dreams can never come true.. now for DD fans like me had nothing to watch not even this heroin track not work for me.. abt action reaction in this forum now nothing surprise me at all iam moved on from this show

This about Sultan being a producer would have been better, but at the time I thought they made him a gangster because they wanted the audience to feel that RK was always a better partner for Madhu and not someone who they had shown kill people like they did with Sultan. But I agree the heroine track should have started after unwedding and RK's fight with Amar Prem (producer for unfinished work could have started). Amar Prem could have been Avinesh Rekhi.

my mom said me the same..she said now madhu will became an actress..the actual story is about madhuhala entering bollywood so here the main story comes..she will sign a bollywood contract to save raja..hope hope my mom is right ..fingers crossed

actually iam still confuse why they made Sultan Gangster then i thought they want to show how underworld and blackmoney involved in Bollywood and then they will show Sultan as Gangester cum producer launching Madhu as Heroine and RK is hero of movie and they could had made interesting love triangle too ... but ST ka dimag ghas charane gaya tha ... what stupid and lame track he introduced 🤢

I think she will enter bollywood too to pay for the operation for Raja, but Dauji is there she can go to him for money even if he has earned his money in a wrong way, to save her husband she can do that, but the CV's today made the doctor tell madhu not to tell anyone else, just keep the matter to herself, the only reason I came up with for them doing this is they want her to come up with the money from earning it herself in films.

@bold that was 100% true

@nafisa but the reason they have chosen to start her BW career was lame..Raja and madhu themselves created the situations and problems too which was unnecessary in the first place

We hve seen Heroine Track before and it was BOKWAAAS completly
Bcoz to make Bala MAHAAN they always degrade RAJA/RK (VD character) ... And hell husband taking money from wife for treatment is hell stupidity ... Atleast i dont support such a thing

As for the real story of the show or whatever that story never excited most ... What excited us was the arrogant RK the curiousity of how madhu will b a superstar and how different she will b from RK ...

There were several ways of showing her entry in BW i would have preffered RAJA to be dead then she doing it for her baby ...

Yes that would have worked as Madhu was working on the set, Sultan who she had helped when he was in need decided to help her to become a star in bollywood, but ST with the promo and overview, shot himself in the foot, promo said RK would be the one to take her into bollywood so not Sultan's money as producer to help her and also overview and promo both say Madhu didn't aspire to be an actress, under those circumstances someone who is her friend wouldn't force her, unless they hadn't made that promo saying RK was the one Sultan could have forced her to act with some badla against Rk for not finishing his film projects as he a gangster decides to fund a new film and take RK's ex to act.

One more thing I noticed is ST's interview with India Forums during the time Rang Rasiya was released remember he said Prashant Bhatt told him the remit is a girl who aspires to be in bollywood, so she needed to be ambitious to want this career, so they needed Madhu's character to be like Trishna, where her dream is to be a star and makes it, that would have worked with the audience as from the get go they know this is what she is working towards, and the audience wouldn't reject the main track of the show. ST's first mistake is to make Madhu not want to be a film heroine.

So even though I know as conceived by ST she was compelled to act, i know the audiences perhaps would have liked to see someone ambitious a woman to want to do films.

Mb cv's are blunder master...mny potential tracks wre wasted in tis shw...heroine trck ws mst suitable after unwedding only...and as some said instead of a gangster thy shud hav brought a producer...and whn finally heroine track came thn it ws one of the lamest track in mb bcz of the way it ws treated...nw again v r at such a cross-road...only thing i wnt to say is plz cv's dnt thnk of BW trck if u cannt handle it...thts all...

PS: after all tis cry if BW track didnt happen thn tht will be the real "Babaji Ka Tullu" of ph on us...😆
