I do NOT want the show to continue. Please keep reading before hating on me though. You can never tell what a true IF post means to say until you read it completely.
I don't want the show to continue, but that doesn't mean I want DVD to come to an end.
I don't like Raja. I don't really like Madhu Jr. And I don't like the storyline at all. I don't see a protagonist anywhere but I don't see an antagonist either. It's all just shady and messed up and annoying. So, I am glad the show is coming to an end to be honest. All that was happening was that the show was being destroyed slowly. The longer it goes on, the more the show we all once loved goes downhill.
However, DVD are so special to many of us. Most of us aren't even upset that the show's ending, we're just upset that we won't be able to see DVD together again either for a long time...or maybe even forever. I'm about 99% sure that at least 90% of the people saying they don't want the show to end just don't want to see DVD come to an end. They could care less about the show, it's all about DVD. And I'm with them on that one!
SO, why not give the story a fresh start? I don't understand how the CVs don't understand that the only thing that will raise the TRPs are RishBala which we can get again through reincarnation. They could've done so much for MEIEJ but they just gave up on it, DVD, and us, the fans. They never truly cared about the fans and near the end they even stopped caring about their own show which gave them the fame and fortune they have now.
They got their fame. They got their fortune. Now that they got what they wanted, they're leaving us, the fans, and DVD hanging to go off and work on different projects.
Quite cruel of them to do in my opinion.
No, I don't want this show to go on and I've never been so happy about MEIEJ going off air before. But the thought of DVD never being seen together on screen again just upsets me. I'm sure all of you are in the same situation.
It may all be a prank to raise TRPs or it may all be true. Either way, I think DVD fans deserve better than this. They've been playing with our emotions since the day the decision was made to kill off RishBala.
(It's like 2am almost and I had wanted to say so much more but drew a blank while typing it all up.)
