Chapter Six

The whole day passed.. Madhu was busy in her household works.. Radhaji was happy to see her changing mood... Its night.. madhu,Mohan and Radhaji were waiting for RK at dinning table... "Maa you pleae have your dinner... Its too late and he is not arriving till now.. How long will you wait for him... When he will come I will serve him.. You please have your ffod.." Madhu said to Radhaji while serving her dinner.. "But Madhu.." She interrupted.. "Yes Radha.. Madhu is right.. Now she can take are of your son.." mohan interrupted between these two ladies... Radhaji nodded her head and started eating.. After having their dinner they went to their room.. Madhu had done her rest of the work in the kitchen and came in the hall and looked at the clock.. It was 1pm.. she looked at the main door and sat on sofa and took some magazines to read... Time passed.. She again looked at the lock.. now It was 12am alomost.. She got tensed.. "Where are you??" She thought in her mind and pacing in hall restlessly... "What will I do now.. I dont have his number also.. shall I call maa.." She paused.. "No no... Its too late.. Then.." She thought something and went to their room to search something... After searching she got his card where she got his number and came downstairs... She was going to all him when haerd some footsteps and turned at door... There he was coming holding a wine bottle in his hand... He was drunk out of control.. He couldnt stand steadily... He was coming inside when stambled and going to fall but Mahu came near him and support him by holding arms... Both shared an eyelok... After a while RK pushed her away.. "Why did you help me from falling... Just stay away.." And started waliking towards the stairs but on his way he bumped with a table and again stambled and again Madhu hold him in proper time.. "You are drunk.. Let me help you.." She said politely and took him in their room and made him sit on bed.. "Leave me.. You have no rights on me.. Go away." He shouted.. Tears rolled out from her eyes and she turned her fae another side... "Yes I know I dnt have any rights on you.. And I knew it very well that I am responsible for your toda's condition.. I admitted that I did wrong with you yesterday.. I took you wrongly and sapped you.. It was my fault.. And I am guilty on y work... I am sorry.. Yes I know this sory is not enough but please forgive me.." She ended and turned at him and saw he was lying and blabbering.. She only heard "go.. I dont want to hear you.." Madhu stood there silently for some time then she removed his shoes and socks and made him sleep properly and put the blanket over his body and went to sleep on couch hersle...

Next morning.. Sunrays aught RK's eyes first.. He slowly opened his eyes and looked his both sise and saw himself lying on bed.. He raised his head little up and saw her lying on couch... And again he bring down his head on pillow as he had a headache and remebered everything about last night.. "I am sorry.." This words were echoed in his ears and turned aside and looked at Madhu.. After sometime Madhu woke up from her sleep and felt that he was watching her but when she looked at him he immediately closed his eyes... Then Madhu went to washroom and RK opened his eyes and felt bad for his last night behaviour...

After one hour.. RK ame in downstairs for brkfst.. Madhu offered him tea and first he looked at her the took the cup from her "Thanks!!" he spoke politely and she smiled.. Radhaji came there.. "Madhu.. Didnt you eat anything at night??' Radhaji this sudden question gave a shock to Madhu.. "Amm.. Woh.. Maa.." She was stammering... RK looked at her and the he spoke "Woh atually maa.. I had brought dinner for her.. And we had our dinner in room.." Madhu looked at him with wide eyes... she was shocked to hear this.. Radhaji gave a smile and left.. "Why did you lie..." Madhu asked him.. "You had to look at yourself when maa asked you question.. You were stammering and if I didnt speak on that time then maa doubt on us.. And knowing the truth she gets hurt... And I cant hurt her.." saying this he was going to leave and turned at her "Dnt wait for me at night. I have night shoot today.." And he left.. Radhaji heard their conversation "I knew it rishu that you lied to me.. But today I wont be angry on you.. As I know you lied coz of Madhu.. You know that she never can tell me lie and also she cant hurt me saying this truth.. So you support her by saying his.." she thought in her mind and smiled...
