Chapter 4

Mohan was sitting in hall,rested his head on back of sofa..."Yes Malik.. Madhu will be our daughter in law..." Mohan was remembering his words which he said to Malik.. He remembered when Abhay Madhu came together first time in their house.. A tear rolled out from his corner of his eyes.. Abhay's childhood face,his pranks was coming in his mind.. Then Abhay's dead body came in front of his eyes.. He opened his eyes and started taking deep breathing... He put his palm on his chest and struggling with his breath.. Radhaji came in hall and saw him and ran.. "Mohan what happen.. Rishuuu!!! Bittuji!!!" She called them... And next moment they went to hospital.. RK,Radhaji,Bittuji standing outside of ICU.. Doctor came out from cabin.. "Doctor dad.." RK spoke nervously.. Doctor put his hand on his shoulder "RK dnt worry.. Mr. Kundra is alright now.. Its just a minor heart attack.. But there is nothing to be serious.. He just need some rest to overcome from his stress and try to make him happy.." "Ok doctor.. Can I meet him.." RK asked and doctor replied "One by one please.." RK looked at Radhaji who nodded her head as yes..

RK entered in cabin.. The machines were working.. The monitors were showing the result of heartbeats.. RK looked at his father with teary eyes.. He sat on chair next to him and held his hand.. Mohan opened his eyes.. He put his another hand on RK's head.. He looked up "Dad how are you?" RK asked worriedly and Mohan gave a weak smile to him.. "I dnt know how long I will live now.. Rishu I want to see Madhu as my daughter in law before closing my eyes.. Please Rishu marry her.." Mohan requested.. RK left his hand.. "Rishu please beta!!" RK looked at his father helplessly and remembered doctor's word and he shook his head as yes..

Malik place.. "Are you sure Madhu.. Think about it once again beta.." Padmini said to Madhu.. "Yes Maa.. I think about it many times.. And I am ready to marry him because of Abhay.. He wanted to see me happy and even he make a promise from Rishabh so I will just fulfill his promise.." Padmini hugged her..

"Rishu Madhu is ready for the marriage.." Radhaji spoke happily.. "Maa.. I am doing this just for dad.. So tell her not to expect anything from me.." RK spoke rudely.. Radhaji trying to say something to him but he refused to hear..

Next day morning Mohan got discharge from hospital... He came with RK in house where Malik family welcome him.. "Pandit ji told me tomorrow is the good day for marriage.." Padmini spoke.. "Then lets fix the marriage tomorrow.." Radhaji said excitedly.. "But Radha.." Mohan was going to say something but Radha cut him saying "Dnt worry Mohan.. I will arrange everything.. Bittuji is here also.."

At evening... The decorations were going in full swing.. RK and Bittuji were coming downstairs.. "Bittuji dnt invite any news reporter.. This is not the right time to declare this publicly.." Bittuji nodded ok...

Next day morning.. Malik family arrived.. They starts the haldi ceremony.. Both RK and Madhu didnt talk with each other.. Even didnt bother to see each other... After the haldi ceremony some ladies put the mahendi on Madhu's hand.. The day passed.. Its evening.. The relatives some close guests were started coming.. RK was getting ready with his Red sherwani.. Here Madhu also getting ready with her bridal attire... Both came on mandap.. The Pandit started chanting mantra.. Rishbala exchanged their garlands.. Then they took 7pheras and then pandit asked RK to put sindoor and mangalsutra on Madhu and he did... Then the pandit said from now they are husband wife and ask them to take blessing of elders...

Then RK Madhu and everyone went out from RK mansion.. Madhu bid bye to Malik and Padmini.. "Take care of RK and urself.." Padmini said with teary eyes and left.. RK Madhu came inside the mansion when Radhaji stopped them near the door.. She did the aarti and welcome the newly marraied couple..
