I don't hv any problem in Madhu's all sacrificing thingy & doing anything for RK...yes she can . I agree she can do anything for RK .

But whats she doing is not what RK really needed . As far as I remember , if my memory working fine , according to MC the heroine of this film needs to b sweet & simple , not a glam doll . He literally dholified Deepali seeing her dress & dance . & even Simmy too made entry in anarkali suit & was reharsing in Sarees . I just don't get how the criteria for the heroine changed overnight just bcoz Madhu stepped in 😳 Madhu could hv made entry in a glamorous Saree ( I don hv any problem with modern women wearing backless/shoulderless dresses...its just how Madhu's character was portrayed ) but she decked herself up in a shoulder revealing gown & didn make an entry only , but started dancing too 😳 sorry ! But the story doesn match .
I'm conphujed Madhu doing all these for RK or CVs doing all these to make someone particular happy ? 😆

Agree. Though DD is looking stunning in the gown, the cvs could have shown her entry more simple and then slowly she could have got used to these clothes.

But one of the segments has shown Madhu looking uncomfortable at one point. So this gown intro looks like Mehul pushing for another clunky facet of his great idea against Madhu's inclination and probably without RK's knowledge.
So basically, the CVs have blundered. The gown at this juncture was not needed, though DD looked magnificent. Showing Madhu in a stylish sari (like DD's at the JDJ win) and later in more Western stuff would have been more gradual.
It looks like Mehul Chopra's description of his heroine as well as the outfits Simmi was given for audition and shoots were all to be set aside senselessly and Simmi in this gown instead. Madhu in Simmi's place, but that gown still seems to serve no purpose. Madhu in that same pose in a stylish sari would have looked equally exquisite.

@Chiti I agree with u till the clunk part. The plot is clunky and they were overzealous with madhu's foray into movies. But think of this, she has to wear the dress which was supposedly made for the heroine. She came to studio clad in a Saree which is not heroine types.. If they would show her in a Saree, it would have been funny that RK had a Saree ready for her.. And the gown is only to push the limits which is so characteristic of these CVs.

I agree with you... Her decision is correct that to save her hubby's repute...Decision can be taken within 5 mins. But It is impossible to adapt in a new environment within 5 sec or 5 hours. This is what I wish to say, but some people misunderstand this here.

Rk also disappointed me a lot. His dialogues regard Madhu's heroine track became dialogue only...

When I saw the precap I am shocked... Immediately I think that Where is that possessive RK? Is he like to show his wife like this? Her dress is not a problem...now she is heroine so nothing wrong in that...I appreciate RK's wish to show her wife's talent to the world... If they show it gradually then its ok... Just I am coming to say that some where logic is missing...

I accept that Madhu doing all this for her hubby... Its correct; that's life...But hubby and wife should respect each other 's emotions and feelings.

PLZ DONT BLAME RK I DONT THINK HE KNOW ABOUT MADHU SAY YES HE WIL ALSO GET SHOCK TO SEE MADHU LIKE THAT AND I THINK HE WIL TRY TO STOP MADHU.

Cvs have never been consistent. Bt I think madhu's issue has been being in front of camera n such clothes. She didn't have problem while wearing black gown fow her date with RK. And I think cvs deliberately used d gown to show madhu's discomfort, but she's doing it for her husband

Madhu wore the black gown which was more revealing than this purple one...and she was abs comfortable, she went out for dinner with her husband wearing the same and danced in front of the audience ! It's not as if she's a villager and not exposed to such environment...yes, she must be uncomfortable & nervous facing the camera for the first time...she must be nervous about making any mistake ...she must be nervous abt getting everything right (her clothes, her appearance etc)..
