Episode 340 Discussion: 2nd August 2013

Welcome to the Episode discussion thread which we call as Viewer's and Reader's Respite. That's very apt, don't you think ? 😉. And that proves our objective.

Objective behind the thread is

It helps in keeping the forum clean without much litter. People just need to fall in a habit.
We can have it like breathers at first followed by analysis.
It also helps like-minded souls and pals bond and gel together to drop in their thoughts for themselves as breathers and for their friends as a peep into the episode and for others to post their reviews.
And those from different time-zones, who do not get to watch the episode at this time of telecast (Indian 8:30 PM), without any worry to trace or keep track of all their buddy's posts, they can come here, read with leisure and later post their analysis after watching it from their Time zones.

Note for Newcomers to this thread.

Extremist thoughts and moralizing thoughts are not welcome over this thread. It is entertainment show we are watching. The channel calls their programs as entertainment and we are watching the show. Discussions are welcome in light hearted and in realistic manner. Moral policing is not appreciated. We do not want to feel stifled into that kind of atmosphere here.

There are several other social welfare sites that are there to discuss the genuine issues. If for some reason, it is felt that social concerns have to be addressed and ethical and moral responsibility needs to be exercised for watching entertainment, then; certainly the forum is an open place to create separate ATs and build up that kind of propaganda.

Please heed to this as direct request and conditional requirement to participate in this thread. Strong words such as psychopaths unless used in show, need not be used to instigate riotous atmosphere or start sermonizing.

POINTERS for Writing/Posting of your reviews and thoughts over this EDT

Do not litter the thread with chit-chat conversations. A little is permitted to have the friendly atmosphere, but when you feel like chatting more, it is desired you take your conversation with your buddies to alternate venues like chat clubs, pm mode etc.
Quoting Policy: It is desired that people refrain from single, double, triple and multiple quoting of posts on a repetitive basis. They can pick out the parts that they like to quote as opposed to quoting the entire post. It is often seen that we have to scroll through the pages when all they have done is quoting and more quoting with one line response to the actual post. IF has a rule that more than three times quoting is not allowed. But nowadays as people read IF posts over phone, it is preferred that people do not quote longer posts and just extract the portions of the post that they like to respond to and if they still find it relevant to their thought process then get the entire quoted text.
Regulate the font size. Keep remembering that. It is really not pleasing to see big bolded letters for no special reason.
The thread becomes a mess when you give your review and do not REST for sometime until others have posted. Please understand, respites or reviews; once or twice are good for few pages...don't make a regular chat thread with your reiterating/whining/complaining on the same point. For the online readers, the thread becomes unpleasant read. There is a separate Complaints thread in Main Forum.
When episodic content is emotional, take a deep breath, give a good lengthy review; that acts as your vent in one single post...and make an exit to calm down your nerves if you still are possessed by only what you've seen.

It was sooo sad to see Rk lying like that,

I loved madhu remembering their moments

So that was the big proof, phone number,,,,,,,,,l,l, obviously he wouldn't buy it on his name,

Sulthan is making too many appearances it is actually so easy to catch him,,,,

Is Rk really thinking madhu is delusional? Or he is too tired to make sense out of everything happening around! Still angry with Radhaji, kyon ji??

RK asking the lawyer to quit was nice, he is more like, anyways all u guys are useless

And that scumbag had to repeat the same and same again,,, forget recording madhu, how about picking a rod or something and knock his brains out, there the proof he is alive or was alive. U r madhubala who slapped rk 5times. He is believably creepy these days, finally he convinced me of something, he is capable of being creepy!

Precap,,,,,may be sulthan brought those papers along with him and left there?

Why is he after their divorce? What does that give him?

Ok according to great villains interview some time back on spoiler video , the divorce is so that rk does not come behind her and also if she does not get out of the relationship with rk , sulbala cannot start thier relationship

Madhu's big fat proof was Sultan's phone number 😆. What was she thinking, Sultan give his identity to get a sim? Madhu's intelligence is amazed me and because of that cudnt enjoy the episode. Anybody noticed dipali made a sigh of releif after Mr.Joshi clarified the number was not sultan's. I was expecting her to give a subtle support to RM. She never fails to irritate me.

So Rk also started beleiving that Madhu is imagining things. I dont know why i loved when he said sultan is gone, dont think about him. I also liked the way that new lawyer asked Madhu to stay away from the case. The fact that RK is not beleiving her made Madhu think and she decided to record Sultan. I liked that part. I am just hopeful that Sultan wont find her little trick and delete it. When sultan was in the room i was shouting Madhu to pick up the chair and smash his head. He brought a divorce paper 😲? when RK find this out i think he will be upset. And may be create another MU. Previously i always found sultan emote anger through his eyes. But i think form the last 2 episode the expressions changed in to wicked and lusty( may be i am wrong but i just felt so)

. VD's hair is so smooth and silky. DD is so lucky to toutch that hair

Was fearful of watching episode after reading write-up, but two things stood out for me: lovely RM scenes which touched me, beautifully and subtly acted by DVD; and the precap - which really piqued my interest in tomorrow.

People are really starting to think Madhu is delusional, after the cell phone dud. Predictably, the cell phone is registered to someone else. The most insignificant of underworld goons would not register a phone under their own name, much less Mumbai ka Sultan.
Joshi's purpose today was to reiterate to everyone that Madhu is being delusional. But he declares to Madhu that if has proof, he won't hesitate to go after anyone who is involved. Dips gulps.
Liked that Madhu was looking all feisty. Didn't like that Dips was still quiet, trying to figure out how best she could take advantage of the situation. She's a conniver till the end.
New lawyer Deshmukh looks to be in the same category as Patil - the suave, black suited look. Not wily enough.
RK refuses to drink the water that Radha gives him. In partial or full senses, he's not forgiven her.
Gorgeous RM scenes:

The Tum hi ho BG. It really touched me, Madhu and RK's expressions. Great job, DVD.
Bittuji as usual interrupts. Madhu then expresses to RK that regardless of him being the kabab mein haddi, how much they owe Bittuji (is this going to be significant in the future?)
Black suit chastises Madhu. RK jumps to her defense (did we expect anything different?) and temporarily dismisses him.
Poignant scene with RK talking about the unspoken fear that both of them have of losing each other, of never being together again. Then declares to Madhu that RM will be together again (CVs, is this a message to us viewers also?)
Optimistic me is hoping that Madhu's FB of the scene where RK talks about pretending to be asleep part is a hint. We'll know tomorrow, or later.

Vermin alert! Dr. Sultan is out on the loose. Broken record lechily repeats his blackmail demand to Madhu to divorce RK. And very authentic threatening to end RK's life...
Pessimistic me feels like Madhu's recording the conversation is going to come to naught - Sultan will probably grab the phone.

The Precap: RK, please tell me you have a real plan. Was all excited yesterday about Madhu, only to be let down today (not her fault poor thing, but still.) But have high hopes on you. DO NOT, repeat, DO NOT let me down.

Q: How is Sultan able to change costumes so quickly and how are they all fitting him this tightly?

CVs answer: Wearing different costumes everyday is in the job description of internation Don so he has a stock handy. Why do you think he was in RK's room? Just to check out the description of his next costume.

Our answer: Aap ke muh mein ghee shakkar.

Q: Fine. So what about Madhu? Why did she not pick up a chair and smash it on Sultan's head?
CV's answer: Madhu is kind hearted. She thinks of Aryan when she looks at Sultan so such heinous act is not in her character

Q: So did she start recording on her mobile or what?
CVs answer: That is for us to show and you to find out eventually
Our answer: We don't think so. We think DD was looking for text messages from JDJ wondering when can she be released from this torture.

Q: Do you think RK was awake when Sultan was in the room?
CVs answer: Didn't you see nurse jut gave him an injection? How can he be awake?
Our answer: VD must be really tired after all that energetic dancing on Monday so using that bed to catch some zzzs

Q: Regarding the precap, what about 24 hours and what were those papers?
CVs answer: Those were dialogue sheets which Bittuji needs to make RK rehearse for his next film. Producers of his next film want RK to use this time productively.

Q: OK but what about 24 hours?
CVs answer: Well, the next episode will air in 24 hours so please don't forget to tune in at 8:30 PM IST only on Colors. Madhubala... aahaaan!!!!

RK is determined that Sulthan is no more in their life and says Shh SHH whenever Madhu opens her mouth. Madhu has got an excuse for not revealing this huge dangerous secret, which can help her husband and also can get rid of this evil Sulthan.😆

"My best wishes to you RK. Just after few weeks of your marriage, Instead of Honeymoon, u have visited all three great places Police station,Court and now hospital😆

Otherwise, skip the repugnance of scenes repeatedly showing Madhu being harassed by that character.☢️

It would be better to show Madhu finding any nearest means of killing the fellow and then dragging his definitely deceased freshly bleeding corpse to be displayed to the law-enforcement officials in the vicinity as proof that he hadn't been previously deceased.🤢

If he's still bleeding from fatal injuries, then he's just recently become a corpse.

And Madhu would be in less trouble legally as a fiercely virtuous wife killing a man in defence of her virtue than her husband is for killing her alleged lover.

If she has to make a sacrifice to get RK out of jail, then rather than make the sacrifice that her harasser wants her to🤢, better that she should opt for a sacrifice that leaves him no longer among the living to appreciate her estrangement.😡
