Love In Paris

The low sound of the rain's pitter-patter filled the air. Hand in hand we walked towards the building embellishing the sky. The Eiffel Tower. What a beautiful piece it was'but nothing compared to my wife. I turned my head to stare down at her as she admired the sky-high building before her. A smile, ever so beautiful, adorned her face. Her long, dark tresses hanging down in front of one shoulder.

Her head turned slowly in my direction. Her beautiful, brown eyes stared up at me. We came to a stop with our steps, as I got lost in her eyes. My eyes travelled down towards her lips; seeing that smile took my breath away. My head began to lower, wanting her lush, pink lips on mine. I could feel her warm breath brushing against my lips. I could sense her heart racing at the speed of light'but she ran. She ran with the umbrella in her hands, letting the rain fall down onto me. A smirk crossed my face as I realized she was going to make me work for it. I watched from afar as she began twirling in the rain with the umbrella following her movements above. Her dress flowing with the wind and her hair matching her graceful movements. With every twirl, my heart skipped a beat. My feet began to pull me towards her. She stopped. She stared at me and giggled. Then she ran again. This time I ran behind her. Wanting to grab her and make her mine. Make us one. After all, it was our honeymoon. I knew I wouldn't get another chance back at home. I chased after her but her light weight gave her an advantage as she quickly ran away from me.

I knew there was only one way to grab her attention. I tripped, a fake trip. I was an actor, so in this case, I had the advantage. I yelled out in pain and slightly glanced up to see her running back towards me. Success.

"RK?!" her worried voice came close.

I hid my smirk and looked up at her with a pain-filled face. She knelt in front of me, grabbed my face with both of her delicate hands.

"Are you okay?" she asked with a tinge of worry still in her voice.

"Never been better."

I pulled her close, only to have her fall on top of me. There we lay, just minutes away from the Eiffel Tower, all alone. Not an unusual sight in Paris, the city of love. I stared up at her as she blushed a beautiful shade of rose red. Her hair, falling in her face as her eyes lowered. I raised a hand, gently caressing the side of her face as she closed her eyes. My other hand lay on her waist as I placed her hair behind her ear. She opened her eyes slowly, trying to get free. I tightened my grip on her waist. She gasped. I smiled, a passionate smile, as I rolled her over.

"RK'" she sighed.

"Shh," I placed a finger on her soft lips.

I looked into her eyes for a moment, then let my eyes travel down towards her lips once again. This time she was in my grip. She was mine. Or so I thought'she pushed me off of her and giggled as she got up. I watched from the ground as she stuck her tongue out at me with a huge smile on her face at the same time.

I instantly stood up, not giving her a chance to get away; I grabbed her arm and pulled her close. She gasped once again as her chest crashed into mine. I could feel her heart beating faster than usual. She lowered her eyes, knowing she couldn't escape this time. I gently kissed her neck, feeling her arch her neck at the same time. I could hear her breathing and feel her chest rising against mine. I pulled away slowly; to admire the effect I had on her.

"You're beautiful'" I spoke as I caressed the side of her face.

She opened her beautiful eyes slowly and looked up at me with quivering lips. Lips that had my name written all over them. I wanted her so bad in that moment. I lowered my head and planted my lips on top of hers. I kept it soft, slow, and gentle. Her moist lips following my every movement. I let a moan escape my mouth and then slowly pulled away. A smile was on her face as her eyelids were lowered.

"Do you want to see the Eiffel Tower from close'or should we go back to our room?" I asked passionately.

No words escaped her mouth'but I got the answer I was looking for. I bent over to pick her up in my two arms. I kept my eyes on her as I turned and walked towards the place all our dreams would finally come true.
