this is no junoon, this is his enmity with RK and RK alone and Madhu is being used here as an excuse since Madhu is RK's weakness...Sultan's motive is RK's destruction and not mission Madhu...

I think she conceded to RK when he forced her back because she had already feelings for him before, so when you are in love with a person it's easier to forgive them, with Sultan she doesn't love him so...
