Possibly because Kuku Bhatia saw an opportunity to make contacts in film industry and enrich himself with Radhaji and went off and married her and his playing daddy to her son RK, supporting the upbringing of that little boy, leaving her alone having snatched her own child Sikander even maybe is her child also and gone, so she lost one child to the kidnappers Nazia and Rashid and another her husband snatched from her, instead of supporting her through her turmoil of having one son lost through kidnapping, he ditched her leaving her alone.
