Yes we've found out what Sultan's full name is, all that time poor child didn't know his name and now Meera will furnish him with one. Kuku Bhatia is his father, so Sikky is his half or full brother, RK is his step brother
I'm thinking now Meera is Kuku Bhatia's first wife, as she is still alive and was admitted to the asylum because she stopped talking when baby Sultan was snatched from the cradle, that leaves Sikky, possibly also her son, so Sikandar could be Sultan's full brother rather then half brother only. But RK definitely no blood ties with him so his the step brother to him, Mohan Kundra's name is left untarnished...pheww 😆
