he obviously spoke without thinking, and then scrambled to come up with an explanation.

he really needs to think before he talks. VD and DD have huge fan following, both separately and collectively. I'd go so far as to say that their fans are what kept the show afloat during their more questionable tracks.

I think it is DD & VD "career's big project" because it's at a reasonably good time slot and on a big channel. Where as their previous shows though both shows garnered them a huge fan base with youngsters, which also are mostly on the internet, it didn't get them the older audience that watch TV shows and give TRP. So what he has said is correct.

We've talked about it many times the types of shows, saas bahu shows that are preferred by our parents, often our parents watch that or IPL cricket, so now this is DD & VD's career big project I agree.

well I agree on one extend tht star one shows were never the choice of TRP,s audience but calling DVD as new comers don't know what to say they has huge fan following

ST wants to take all credit for their immense popularity. 😆
