Chapter -6

RK blinded by his rage slammed the door and barged in !!!!!!!

Madhu who was seated on her seat behind the desk shifted her gaze from her secretary to the newly unsolicited entry.

RK who was seething in murderous rage a sec. ego, momentarily lost his purpose, his anger, his motive for banging in, the frustration of being made to wait, hurt of his ego for being denied an appointment, his insult, everyone & everything...

Madhu who was silently & very keenly studying the change of expression on his face, raised her eyebrow in question at his absurd behavior.

Soon his eyes fell on the name plate kept on her table in front of her,

And his anger returned, his motive reinstated, frustration of wait made his hands curl into a ball, hurt of ego reddened his eyes, and the insult she made him feel by her words & acts made him march up to her table

MADHUBALA MALIK...HOW DARE U????...YOU...YOU FIRST IGNORED MY PROPOSAL THEN MY APPOINTMENT ...MIND U MY APPOINTMENT!!!!!...THEN U MADE ME COME TO UR GOOD FOR NOTHING OFFICE...KEPT ME WAITING FOR BL**DY F***ING 15 MINUTES AND THEN LIMIT OF MY PATIENCE U ...JUST WALKED OVER ME !!!!!! HOW COULD U??...DO U HAVE ANY IDEA WHO I'M & WHAT I'M CAPABLE OF?????...Rk said venting out his pent up anger, staring deep into her eyes, expecting her to flinch, to see fear in her eyes which he was used to seeing in people eyes who faced his wrath, but what he saw completely baffled him, she was watching him unmoved as if he was some zoo animal performing antics for her entertainment!!!!

RK anger increased multi fold...he could not remember being more angry than this in his entire life time.

Damn you...Answer me !!!! RK said swapping his hands through the table sending the glass clock along with the pen stand shattering to the floor.

Madhu glanced at the scattered pieces on the ground & then gave a hard look to RK.

"Hey...don't give me that look & don't mess with me Madhubala Malik, else you will vanish from the face of earth and no one...mind u no one would know where the erstwhile top shot criminal lawyer went."

Madhu gestured Rimi to move out, which Rimi hurriedly complied.

Oh!! Mr. Kundra then let me tell u something, If I mind it & then you'll be convicted under section 503, 405, 506. IPC and also section 324/325/328/307/299/302 depending on case. Plus section 105 IPC .

Whaatt... RK had no idea what she was talking about, was she even serious???

Well let me explain in layman's language, you will be charged underSection 503 that reads: Criminal Intimidation- Whoever threatens another with any injury to that person, reputation or property, or to the person or reputation of any one in whom that person is interested, with intent to cause alarm to that person, commits criminal intimidation.

Use of abusive language and threat to life and dire consequences (Sec.405.506. IPC) simple injury and threat , simple injury by sharp cutting weapon(Sec.324 IPC), grievous injury including fracture, loss of limb, etc.(Sec.325 IPC), grievous injury by blunt substance, administration of poison etc.(Sec 328 IPC), attempt of murder(Sec.307 IPC.) , homicide not amounting to murder(Sec.299 IPC) and murder (Sec 302 IPC). And all these sections of law are cognizable i.e u will be arrested without warrant from court.

And Sec.105 for trespassing & destruction of private property. She said pointing to the scattered mess on the floor.

As per Sec 506-Punishment for Intimidation is - upto 2 years, but in case of death threat it may be upto 7 years.

Am I now clear to u???

Rk's head was spinning, was a mere threat punishable for 7 years!!!!!

Ms. Malik do you think Im a fool, how can I be punished without testimony and proof????

Oh don't worry about testimony for that Rimi is there. And CCTV will surely be a wonderful piece of evidence, so'am I right OR am I right Mr. Kundra.

Even then I agreed to meet u, but u arrive 1 hours before ur scheduled appointment & then u shout & threaten me & my employees. Behave like a jerk, breaking things in my cabin. And after all this u claim im messing with u????

Just shut-up!! And listen to me, stay out of my way. Either drop out of this case or tell me the price for ur ethical propaganda and keep ur bloody tongue in control Madhubala!!!!! because im not somebody to be played with.

This is my office Mr. Kundra, here im the boss & I decide here who needs to speak & who needs to shut up!!!!And as far as ur offer slash order slash warning is concerned my answer was, is & always will remain -NO!! I do not drop out of cases in fear, nor I switch parties in greed. The only thing I do after taking up a case is to WIN it, So its better u channelize ur energies in finding a good lawyer, rather than wasting ur & mine precious time. Good day Mr. Kundra.
