so basically the rk who lied is sure that she loves her and he cannot c her with anyone.but, the rishab who got affected throughout the lie is doubtful if she loves her...that is because his love was subconcious...so actually no part of him understands that he loves her!...one gives orders and other questions the orders...the answers will only come wen the two parts in him unite...n dat will definitely take a long time. But, its happening...all dis that he is doing is justified in the sense that rishab asks questions n rk in style tries to answer dem...hence dis kidnapping and hand cutting...
the rishab in him takes over when rk is week...i believe the same happened during studio karvachauth...and all other incidents as well. the rk gives hurt to madhu n rishab heals it...the unwedding hurt given by rk cud not be healed by rishab n so rishab has becum dominant now...rk insulted her n humiliated her aftr unwedding but rishab cud not bear it...its like a case of split personality... sort of...thats y he didn't realise that he loves her...coz rk actually does not love her!! rishab loves her! for rk its junoon n for rishab its ishq if i may say so!
so if he is not accepting, its not his ego...he really doesn't know...n the fact that he still equates love with what he felt for deepali gives him answers that he doesn't love madhu...little does he know that he never loved deepali...
