That was my topic u r talking about.if u didnt lyk it,stay away or ignore.dat was for fun.atleast i didnt bash anyone.
now Shud i consider Ur comment for a particular target to me ?

A lot of gud stuff has already been said ...BUT since everyone likes to evaluate the char and actor performances is it possible to have a daily Performance evaluation thread for the actors where people can say what they liked abt the lead's performance or what they didnt and people posting shud have a basis t their comment as in what they wud have liked better or they can simply gush over the performance if they loved it and as far as the CHARS are concerned a daily grievance thread where people can say what problem they have as far as a particular char is concerned

Also since the forum is into a fan war kind of environment how about having a Forum Ki Shaan 😆 of the Week kind of award which will be based on how well u post and discuss the show ,chars and actors ...and behave with fellow members -.u need not be a neutral and can be a hardcore fan but yet if u can write and think objectively u fit the bill and the team picking the person can be people from within the forum lead by someone who isnt seen as tilted to either side..Mayb this can inspire people to behave better

And there should be room for Humor and Fun😆

As for the DT well members need to see that they cannot e available all the time and that members themselves are no kids who need a monitor 24x7 tho it will be better if the DT members belong to as diff timezones as possible so that one of them is able to look at things


Anything that teaches people to IGNORE and TOLERATE is welcome from my end cause a few people saying bad stuff abt a celeb u like frankly doesnt change the celebs fortune and nor does it affect ones liking for them so why bother ...Its good to be a FAN but not a FANATIC 😊 and I am sure the celeb u like wud also want it that way .

What is the definition of a VDian that u feel the current DT needs one and how can u say that any or all out of the current DT members arent VDians...is it that they have to only gush on RK ,VD and hate MB and DD ? and if they dont do that they r not a VDIan? ...DT's may b fans of any actor or actress but when they have the job to Moderate they are expected to think freely and fairly beyond any bias and sometimes in their quest to do so they still get labelled as biased which is unfair in my opinion

^^ Firstly I am not attacking secondly since u raised the issue so I asked the question as to why u feel the need and if my asking u bothered u so much then I do apologize for the same😊

I am sure countless suggestions must have already been made, so I dont know if this is going to be a repeat..

I have noticed that there are specific times in a day that the MODs are more active..as a result for posts reported at those times rapidly action is taken whereas for the ones made earlier, it sometimes gets a bit delayed..and this is a major cause of displeasure to some..the fact that some other reported post was open for more number of pages than the one they support..
Obviously the MODs have their own life outside IF, so cant be expected to be available to moderate the whole time..
Is there any way to ensure that some or the other MOD is kind of available most of the times..either by choosing MODs from different time zones or increasing the number of MODs because this forum really needs round the clock surveillance..

Also if some measure could he taken for repeat offenders and members who get personal (be it with other members or the celebrity they dont like) than just closing down posts after posts...because it is very easy for them or their freinds to open another post with more or less tge same content and the bashing starts again..
