I am happy that VIvian won award, he truly deserved it. But I badly want Drashti to win an award ! She is one of the finest actress i have seen, lot better than old era and new era telly actressess. Why this industry still discriminate between saas bahu sagas and new ideas. Am really sad that the criteria to win award is still "respect and always obey your saas and family, hasne keliye bhi saas ki opinion legi" !

Hope industry will open their eyes to see how to emote other emotions as well by an actor !

Its not just Drashti , but many more talented actors and shows they treat like this. All star one shows never got the deserved commendation ( am talking about awards and not popularity ). Actors and stars from Channel V shows don't get it either ( Gumraah is a fab show , BTW).

All younger crop of actors get these cosmetic awards like new face , star performer etc. , but the core awards - Best actor/actress are reserved for what you rightly mentioned. Shows like Crime Patrol, CID and other genres that are ruling TRPs are yet to get their deserved commendation.

Actors like Drashti, Pratyusha, Krystle, Nia, Sumit , Karans, Anirudh Dave, Aryan Behl, Ada Khan and even Vivian for that matter are yet to enter the TOP LEAGUE that belongs to actors of saas bahu shows.

Because these are stupid awards!! In my opinion, DD is the finest actresse of Telly! Definitely the 'PC' of telly! Why she doesn't get that recognition is above me head!

I wonder what does it take to enter top league? What does that mean in the first place? Where are the days I wonder when talent was all it mattered.
