Well, I would have thought you might have done so yourself, what with one forum member making fun of another's personal appearance and using abusive language towards her. Didn't you notice? Or are such offences acceptable because they are committed by your friends?

I am not being sarcastic. Am genuinely curious. And there is no question of these abuses being in jest, or this is not what she meant, or this being a 'fun post'. Please so do let me know your POV.

If you have a problem with anyone, please talk it out. Abuse, esp on personal appearances, will not be tolerated by anyone on this forum under any circumstances. I mean it.

I have a request to make - will you guys stop trying to misunderstand us deliberately? Every comment we make is being taken out of context. Ask for explanations, that is your right, but then give us the chance to speak as well. Whether you want to believe or not is your prerogative again.

As I've told EML before, I love Poco. This is going to sound harsh, but you're actually making her a pawn in this dislike you've taken to us. Everyone read that post you are quoting and found nothing wrong with it, till someone decided to rake up something that wasn't even there and make it an issue. I'm asking you all to take a step back and think about what you've been saying the past hour and then think if Poco would've been proud of this.

Shridevi is offering to apologize publicly for any hurt she may have caused unknowingly, so just stop with the nastiness already.

That's all I have to say.

My misunderstood post can very well stay in this thread. After all that's a reason for your agony.

I sincerely regret that my post has caused pain to all of you. I should have been careful in my choice of words. Being the older here, I believe that I should have known better on what kind of reaction it would have.

Everyone makes mistakes. I made a mistake too and created this illogical riot.

I regret most about the fact that Poco's memory got dragged into all of this. I regret that my admiration for her was hooted as hypocrisy.

I apologize to all of you for giving you painful movements. I assure you that this shall never recur.
