Elaborate on this please....when did he say it? Source? Also it was pretty much established in the pilot episode that Billu ji has been a permanent resident in Billu Nivas , so how would it work if he was only meant to be there for a single storyline?

He was cameo only for few episodes. It was Hemen Sir who decided character of Billu will be permanent. This was said by Ajay Sir in one of the interviews and was very grateful to Hemen Sir

Ditto, this is me digging up an 8 days old post...just for your descriptions of Karishma smiley27 (I think yall know by now how much I adore and stand up for this lady)

yes, yes we do. and we missed your 2 cents too.

Yes, dare someone tell me she is not juzbaati. Her juzbaat are just reserved for those whom she thinks are deserving. She's not about big complex things, changing society and what not; her thoughts are very simple and personal, what can I do to change a person's life. Her swag, bhaukaal, popularity aside, she's quite a simple homely girl at heart, living in the moment, not expecting much from anyone, happy with some love from close ones, just trying to do the right thing in society. And her selflessness has my heart.

this is one of the reasons I relate to her. she's simple, and realistic and wants to make changes in the small ways she knows she can. her love language is words of affirmation and it shows. but maybe the people around don't understand that aspect of her. the thing about having no expectations is spot on. although i think she has given up on her expectations from people rather than them not being present at all from the beginning.

she doesn't expect Pushpa ji to praise or understand her when she does things as shown by her lack of explaining anything to her.

she has clearly stated that she is used to being scolded for no reason by haseena. it's the lack of expectation from haseena to actually stop and consider her worthy of trust. or an expectation to always be misunderstood.

she doesn't expect cheetah and my masumiyat to do anything helpful because they have messed up a plethora of times and they don't have an opinion of their own when it comes to standing in front of haseena.

when Pushpa Ji ka lalla came back, she didn't insist on taking half a day's leave to spend time with him. she let pushpa ji take it. maybe because he has been away for extended periods of time. it's not really significant but an interesting aspect of their relationship.

so while she relies on them as a team and as officers, she doesn't rely on them to truly understand her.

IDK if i am making sense.

Yes yes yes, especially the last paragaph. Everything I've been screaming in my head and trying to put to words, but you said it much more concisely. Even before mission behrupiya, KS had already grown so much and deserved some appreciation, but ok I got it, she still messed up at times. But ever since then, KS' change has been so so evident to everyone. Urmila came, left and HM returned, yet no one has said a word in praise or even realization of how much KS has changed herself. Bacchi ki jaan loge kya? Aur kitna proof chaahiye? Aur kab tak?

forget everyone praising karishma for her efforts, they still don't stop with the haseena is a great rant. like bro, open your eyes. honestly, i don't need them to praise or even thank her for stuff, I just need them to stop misunderstanding her capabilities. to just for once, whole healthy trust her and stand up for her, no questions asked.

For Haseena, hard-core criminals can have a change of heart in minutes, but someone who literally worships her cannot be trusted after 2 years. This is the only flaw of HM that really triggers me, maybe more than it triggers KS even because I'm still not used to it; everything else I may look over, ungratefulness I can't.

same behan same.

She loves Karishma but has never understood her, nor ever will. Sounds like a stereotypical parent hey.

XD asian parent 101

BROKE MY HEART. Har baar, baar baar, Karu ko hi sunaate hai sab smiley19. It's a kind of emotional bullying yaar, she's lost confidence in her police abilities because of that.

I wonder if they will ever have a subplot that addresses this point.

Every episode girl, every episode I see KS and think of that.

right?!

Haseena is like the fav child of Pushpaji, could do everything wrong even to her, but still 'Maddam Sir jaisa koi nahi, be like her'.

haseena is the golden girl of pushpa ji. again, i wonder if this subplot will ever be addressed.

smiley37Can we have abbu appear to Haseena and ask her why she's being so rude, impolite and aggressive to ppl, even slapping them for fun. 'Is that how I raised you Haseena? Have fun and live life freely but don't become so ill-mannered that you lose your character and ppl's respect. You're a police officer's daughter, not a roadside clown's.

oh dang, i didn't think of that. yes can we please have shajahan malik appear to her and be like- i raised you better than this. maybe then she will realise the buffoonery she's been up to.

Instead DSP is bent on kicking him out.

oh dear god the ganju dsp. i can make a whole other topic about this guy and how much of a useless/unfit Deputy superintendent of police he is. my liver does a somersault every time he appears.

Our spy is so resourceful, street smart, and an asset in any case. I'm a fan of this fan guy smiley36.

Hahaha I've started calling her My Karu now 😆. These days I'm only giving 2 cents per week, 2 cents per episode got too expensive to bargain for my growing pile of school assignments . So just reviewed all 3 cases of the last week in one post (mentioned you there but forgot to tag oops, btw would love to hear your take on the pushpee-nawabu pair).

True, those affirming words is all it takes to win her over, but I don't think anyone in MPT has realized that. Maybe Billu has, often he indirectly boosts her up by glorifying her bhaukaal. Definitely agree about the expectations, I'm sure she had them but life was hard and no one understood her. As per her nature, instead of wasting time on changing people around her she just changed herself to become immune (or to appear immune sometimes and deal with it on her own I guess, like she's dealing with MaddamSir's lack of trust which bubbles over every so often)

Yea making a whole lot of sense! Totally agree, she's quite reserved in that way. Like a one way street, she tries to match others' expectations of her but doesn't expect anything back (Haseena is similar regarding vulnerabilities). Regarding Lalla though, I think he would the only one who understands Karu's love language and gives her the needed emotional/mental support after she's drained from that one way street - otherwise she'd burnout. Maybe she doesn't have any expectations from him but he knows and fulfils them regardless without her having to voice it. That's probably why they didn't absolutely need that half day together...sometimes 2 people are so close that they could be everywhere else with anyone else for however long, yet they're fully surrendered to each other all the time. That quote 'Love isn't about looking at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction'.

True, Karu doesn't even expect that much. Just lack of negativity is enough positivity to keep her sane and secure.

🤣I've had too many heart attacks in my liver from other serials, its rendered incapable of reacting no matter what nonsense is thrown at it. I just see that guy like another villain who's blackmailing MPT to get his wishes fulfilled, DSP who?

XD, your karu is such a underatted gem. same behen, it's assignment crunch time cause my term break is around the corner. literally sneaking in a minute to reply to this in the middle of completing my assignment XD. i haven't even gotten the time to finish watching Monday's and yesterday's episodes. didnt think of Pushpa ji ka lalla anh her relationship in that way though i definitely agree. maybe that is why despite being away for so long their relationship is still going strong. loved the quote!

The level of trust Haseena has in Karishma when it comes to her life is commendable. Funny how she is able to trust Karishma with her life but not in most decision-making aspects at the MPT. The irony

Also, our favourite DSP sir has given a big promise of protecting MPT just before the toofaan named Amar Vidrohi's entry. Wonder how he will justify himself in here 😆

The way our masoomiyat was crying. 😭😭 She really does not want to get married. Can the family seriously stop? I remember the last time her father had ensured her that they will only talk to her about marriage when she is ready for it. What happened suddenly? Let the girl be, seriously. The girl has bigger dreams of becoming an IPS. Sorry Cheetah, no sympathy from neither Haseena nor me for you here. You really need to start understanding what NO means! It's sad that apart from cop duties you do everything else that revolves around Santu who doesn't seem interested at all. Time to grow a backbone boy.

Billu's timing on reminding Haseena that she is on the same boat as Santu so probably her advising Santu to firmly say no to her family was out of the question. I loved Billu's dialogue so much about Ammi flapping her towel and 3-4 boys tumbling out of it for Haseena's rishta. That was hilarious 🤣

Pushpa ji's overacting... I swear this "jhoolta huwa pedh" one day will be the death of Haseena, Karishma or Santu. And what the hell. she was refusing to write an FIR. Okay, that's a no Pushpa ji. Keep your domestic issues at home. You are a cop first, keep your personal emotions aside! I was really hoping that Haseena would scold her for this, alas, it didn't happen. This really needs to be addressed soon.

Another marital issue case, let's see where does this lead to...Getting a little tired of these domestic issue cases. Hope Amar Vidrohi's entry brings freshness to the type of cases coming in too.

A little rant:

I love Cheetah but lately, I have been getting so pissed at his scenes and him. His Santu jaap is getting beyond control. He slaps some random people when KS gets mad at him during cases, he was trying to burn that book script knowing very well that the book was important, meanwhile, Billu was begging him not to burn the book. Billu gets ideas to sneak into the writer's house to find out what happens next in order to protect his MPT ladies even though they were ungrateful as anything. At the hospital, while everyone is worried about Haseena's well-being, the only word that came out of Cheetah's mouth was "Santu ji" and off he went to sit next to her and console her. It's lucky that Karishma just gave the wth look and didn't react. And then, when Santu was upset, he didn't console her, he was crying at his own fate. Am starting to doubt his love for infatuation.

Here's what I want to happen to teach him a little lesson.

Billu had said in an episode that he had passed the police exams. Can he be promoted to be an officer just superior to Cheetah so that he gets instructions from Cheetah? If there's one thing for sure that will happen, is Cheetah's life will become miserable. He should feel bad about someone he had considered a petty thief surpassing him in life. Santu is so ambitious in life and she would never choose someone like Cheetah, that's for sure. Cheetah has no life goals apart from wanting to marry Santu. It's a complete mismatch of ideologies. Santu should choose someone else right in front of him or be smitten by another guy's nature. So basically I want Cheetah to get a good glance at the mirror about what he is doing in life and how is at the moment of no importance to MPT. I know this is harsh but he needs to be shown the mirror soon. This can all be his dream sequence instigated by Billu, Badnaam and Iqbal, I don't really mind the way it's executed as long as the work gets done.

Sorry Cheetah, I love you but this is the only way probably, to teach you a life lesson.

dang... I didn't realize it became this long. not proofread 😆

so it's 3.20am here, I have class in less than 5 hours but I had to post this. just caught up with all the episodes and my thoughts are kinda all over the place so please bear with me.

1) @anee. my take on Pushpa Ji and nawab sahib depends on the episode we are talking about. while nawab sahib's crush is evident, Pushpa Ji waxes and wanes every other episode. sometimes she is get irritated by his antics and sometimes it looks like she genuinely likes him. so I am more confused than anything else by their dynamic. about the age gap, I believe is just a number. that being said, a huge one of nearly twenty years, I admit, can be a little uncomfortable and hard to digest. more so because of a vast difference in worldly outlook and maturity level.

2) @deepika di. I completely agree with everything you've said about cheetah. he needs a reality check and his behaviour has been grating on my nerves (more on this later).

the only thing I interpreted differently was the hospital scene. before cheetah arrived, my masumiyat was the only one sitting on the chair with her back hunched forward and eyes trained to the floor- almost as if she felt defeated. two reasons I came up with. one, she feels guilty for not reaching haseena in time (i know Karishma did but I am talking about her own way of perceiving things) and takes it as a personal failure to keep her promise once again. second, she feels like they were in the same position as in episode 393 when Karishma told them that haseena was dead. when that scene happened, her back was hunched (even when standing) and she couldn't keep proper eye contact with anyone then too. she was also tapping her foot and pressing her palms restlessly- anxiety and fear of losing haseena again. needless to say, they all were stressed and anxious while waiting for the doctor but the sheer contrast in the positioning of the characters left me thinking that they were generally more collected than she was (they were standing above her. usually when a someone looks up at the camera placed in a high spot, we can interpret it as the character being vulnerable). when cheetah arrived (i am wondering why did he arrive later?), Karishma and him shared a quick look before she gave him a subtle nod in my masumiyat's direction. I thought that she was indicating for him to console her. previously, I discussed how despite not having any expectations from them, Karishma understands her family and what they may need- comfort in this case. honestly, it was a pretty smart way for them to showcase the character's traits (love languages) and dynamics without taking away from the tenacious atmosphere.

3) the case was pretty interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed the twists and turns throughout, from the diamond getting stolen to the fake bomb to the mastermind revelation to the climax. the stakes were high and the characters were taking the threat seriously (except for cheetah, more on this later) which caused me to them seriously. although, haseena going off to do things on her own and stupidly putting herself in danger is another classic example of, thanks for letting us in on the plan, yay teamwork! the trust she has in Karishma is there but it's selective and conditional. but the love this team has is .

so now can we please address the elephant in the room? I still feel like the confrontation is being built up. like the signs are all there, they ain't over it but aren't confronting the actual problem.

4) why was billu getting punished? was it because he scared Karishma by making her think she could have lost haseena? was it because she simply took out her bad mood on him? i am confused. someone, please clarify this for me, thank you!

but lets talk logic for a second. billu informed Karishma that there was a bomb on the car - that was absolutely true. Whether it was fake or not, how was he supposed to know? he wouldn't have appeared in front of them again if this was his doing. how could they even suspect it? this is billu the spy we are talking about. the same guy who has stayed with them for years. the same guy who rang a temple's bell till his hand bled just for the place he calls home. the same guy who has put his life on the line time and again for them. hell, he's been there for them more than cheetah has. the whole reason he snuck in the house to steal the script was to help them solve the case and save their reputation. it felt so dumb and annoying to would he be handed the short end of the stick for no damn valid reason.

5) Sonali Ji, take a bow. i died of laughter when she pretended to be Karishma. she was literally embodying Karishma. hayeee pushpee🤣i loved how everyone was trying to solve the case in their own ways.

6) Pushpa Ji can get on my nerves sometimes. especially with all her haseena Jaap, taunting Karishma and buffoonery when it comes to her job. but at the end of the day, she loves her children. she cares about their mental well being and wishes nothing but ht best for them. she proved it the second she agreed to get married just for the sake of her son and daughter in law. anyone would be lucky to have her as a mother. which is why despite being annoyed that she didn't actually get upset about this whole facade, i understood and adored her for it. its a mother heart, it can't stay mad at its child, I guess. seh chose her truth and i couldn't have been prouder.

but I felt so bad for Pushpa Ji when she confessed about the age thing and when she cried. like all of having said, it wasn't justified. ehsaas wala pyar did it because nothing came above the country and ishq main hui awari did it because nothing came above the mission. What's the difference? someone, please teach her how to apologise to people. when one is sorry they shouldn't go around explaining and justifying their actions. just admit that it was wrong and move on. if Pushpa Ji is bad at acting and could have failed the mission, hire someone else. or better yet go yourself -"ammi shaadi ke piche pardi hain" isn't an excuse to play with someone else's feelings.

it's appalling to me that Karishma went through with it. just two cases ago she held the film director's collar for calling Pushpa Ji "bhudiya". what happened to that protectiveness? being dedicated to someone and being blindsided by that dedication are two different things. but I guess for Karishma, the lines have been blurred.

6) urmilla came back again in today's episode. sigh. what is it going to take for her to be permanently gone? perhaps a chaar gante ka maun varat.

7) remember when i said that cheetosh was my comfort ship and cheetah is a respectable one-sided lover? yea, I am starting to regret it. what the hell is wrong with him? he wanted to burn the last transcript left of the book because my masumiyat might read it and they won't be together. this is not professional in the slightest. That's not some random book he picked up from the store, its official evidence for her case that he was about to destroy. the penalities go beyond just a little scolding from seniors. he could get suspended, lose his job and even be punished by law (tampering/mishandling of evidence). after that he can completely forget about my masumiyat ever choosing him as her life partner because clearly their priorities/dreams/ambitions/ethics/principles different. he should thank billu, iqbal and badnam for saving his job and potential love life.

it was extremely insensitive of him to be making my masumiyat possibly getting married about himself and his life tragedy. it's not that she doesn't want to get married to him, it's that she doesn't want to get married to anyone. commitment phobia- what does he not understand? in episode 409, he literally shoved aside his own grief so that masumiyat won't be even more saddened. that was the cheetah I adored. this person, I don't know who he is. for once, I agree with haseena's harsh treatment. that issue wasn't about him and he needed to shut the hell up. what was that running in and out of the room? learn from billu Ji who respectfully stood aside in silence knowing he couldn't help. he really needs to reevaluate his life choices because after this I really don't want Santosh to end up with him.

8) was Bhavika crying for real? because it felt so damn real. my masumiyat 😭. i know, it was intended to be a comedy but it broke my damn heart to see her crying hysterically like that. when she was punching the bag and her shoulders shook with such intensity...Bhavika takes a bow. it brings me back to my point about her coping with things in silence and or taking it out on things around her (punching bag). if cheetah hadn't seen her or haseena didn't come into the room, they wouldn't have realised she was crying. when haseena came into the room, her expression turned to one of shock. it could have been just me reading too much into things but the way she flinched when haseena came into the room makes me wonder if something similar happened before. in the Asian culture, a child is taught to toughen up and there isn't any room for emotional vulnerability. so maybe, when she was younger and her parents found her, she got scolded/punished for it.

we talk about haseena being the same in that she doesn't let herself be vulnerable in front of people. but I believe they are different in nature because haseena's lack of vulnerability is, to a certain extent, her choice while my masumiyat's is out of habit.

it's amazing how despite not being in the scene, Surinder Sharma makes me so pissed off. I've said it before and ill say it again, this man is an MCP who doesn't give a hoot about what his daughter wishes/challenges. as my masumiyat said, he accepts her choice for a couple of days and then does a 180 the minute someone bruises his fragile male ego. man needs to grow a spine. she doesn't want to get married so let it go. she has bigger goals like becoming an IPS officer and pursuing other career aspects.

also, I found it interesting that throughout this entire scene, her mother was never mentioned, not that she was before but this aspect kinda stood out to me today. it could be a case of an absent parent (refrigerator mother/neglectful parent?) that caused all her issues (commitment phobia, trust issues, dislike towards men, coping mechanisms). the fact that her concern was her father not being proven wrong was the most important thing to her has my whole heart. nah, that man ain't deserve this gem of a child.

9) I don't think Sandeep is cheating on his wife. I think the mother in law doesn't want them to be together and is cooking up all these stories. IDK why but it's a gut feeling. there is definitely something fishy going on here.

10) is it just me or was santu also getting lost in cheetah? Like haseena was trying to talk to her but she wasn't listening. I am about confused by that scene.

11) Karishma's back cramp, haseena fixing it and Pushpa Ji flying across the room 🤣smiley37smiley37

12) that PI should get his license revoked for reporting untrue facts. masumiyat was crying again and this time it wasn't meant to be comedic 😭 Surinder Sharma really needs to get his head out of his a**. how can he believe that his daughter is married and having an extramarital affair just because someone else said it? and again, she was more concerned that her father's reputation was tarnished, this girl deserves the world.

uff yeh gusse wali masumiyat santu ji. the girl was on fire when she schooled the PI. he literally ran out of there. I loved how she stood up for herself and didn't need anyone fighting her battles for her. the thing she said about mentality was spot on. the way she left the scene after the dialogue was so in character. the one thing the writers are good at is subtly.

i think I've covered all ground of the last couple of episodes but I'm sorry if I've missed something,

I am sorry but did the MPT and more precisely Haseena suggest Mahek forgive her cheating husband? WTH... am so disappointed. Those dialogues were utter tomfoolery and were not needed. I really wish I hadn't seen this episode. I think I don't I want to see Haseena for a couple of days. Am too pissed at her right now!!! 😡😡😡

please someone throw some chaat or brick on haseena head and make her remember how it feels to be cheated..Or i guess haseena now dont care about emotions of people who are being cheated..Like what she did with mpt and now this girl whose husband cheated on her .!? You are literally asking a girl to self diminish her self respect , and be with a guy who cheated on her
