all the various things shown in the show are realistic; they happen in our lives!! only thing being in "daily soaps" things are made perfect to add spice!!

I like the show but at the same time unrealistic portrayal of Avni's character is very very painful to watch. It also send wrong message to viewers..regarding the behaviour of DIL..I don't believe for a minute that the serials have no effect...everything we watch or read as some effect somewhere, whether it is small or large is a different question. I would love to see Avni as a strong women who will respect others but at the same time have self respect. In my opinion you cannot respect others if you have no self respect and let others abuse and insult you...taking abuse is also immoral...

Btw, I don't compare other bad serials with less bad ones...I stop watching bad serials, for me they don't exist...so far I am watching this one...I hope Avni develops a back bone and stops the abuse cycle ones for all..

It is painful to watch Avni's subservience and i agree with you on that point! I also think your points on self respect are spot on. However I do think that Avni represents a part in all of us that wants the best for everyone and therefore resulting in not biting back to the ones causing er the trouble! What i love about this show is that the plot and script always ends up on Avnis side and the culprits either end up changing from watching Avnis example or suffering themselves!

Bhasker was compeld with utter guilt when he realised Avni was truly on his side and it was that which changed him, despite his wheeling and dealing and suspicion of the world! His view of the world up to that point had been through his mothers eyes, which was causing him pain, his became happy when he realised that despite the troubles of life one can still be happy! That is how I think the writers want us to see Avni. And dont worry about the others they will all get the return of their awful deeds rest assured! 😊

Hey ive had fourty emails from friends saying they totally love the show at the moment! And thats just the people I know! Imagine how many must be watching it then!

I agree with Anglebud, today's episode was very good..this show is shaping up to be a very good show...

Wow what will Avni do now! The acting in tonight show was some of the most convincing acting i have seen on any show on star plus! Really has to be said that the sub text and the integration of the plot with the interpersonal dynamics was staggering! It was mind blowing amazing!!!! WOW!!!!

somehow , I too agree in some episodes Avni has been too much like a doormat, submissive instead of being tactful & vocal b'cause she does not need to be super nice as she is not a newly -wed bride now .
How can any working woman realte to it when its morning, she hurriedly cooks breakfast n Prabhu throws tantrum over eating parathas . Who would start cooking all over again ?? okay to avoid friction she cooks , again, but wy have not they shown her being frustrated , disappointed or angry over the things even while she is alone .

I miss the times when she tactfully handled her MIL & SIL

Reasons could b that they have been changing writers in these 3-4 months . Current writers are shilpa & sushil chaubey . Probably they like to highlight the submissive but headstrong Avni ...confusing

anyhow buzz is show may go off air by late november or even earlier . There is a promo of a new show going around . They hav stopped the repeat telecast n no promos at all . even afternoon shows hav promos aired...would miss the show though 😕

There is not enough time in the morning, to cook for everybody and go to office, why Anju is not cooking and helping Avni, why Avni has to serve her and her husband...Avni doing happily, not possible, a normal person wouldn't have energy to do all that and go to work..they would hate to be a servant to Anju and her husband..

The show would have higher rating if Avni was shown human instead of personified godess...

Now the story is moving forward and a good speed and it is a good story with great actors...I would like the show to continue..
