Here Is The Update For 4th March, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
Well the Episode kick starts with the scene in the three Male Cadet Dormitory.
Peter goes all out in pulling Markhand's legs and Rummy encouraging Peter. Peter starts reading a poem describing Markhand's impressions of Akrithi. Markhand finally gets his book back and hides a coy smile while Peter and Rummy continue to tease him.
And Rummy asks the Orderly Raghu to get the "X" Magazines, to which Markhand objects, and amidst all these talk of nothing a free for all fight ensues, pillow and other items are used. Room is in a mess.
Raghu runs away straight into Captain Gunraj. By Raghu's reactions, Gunny senses something is amiss. And hears noises under the door.
Well fight is on inside the dormitory and Peter is looking up from an angle of upside down, he first notices the Captain. All three break up and Gunny has few things to say.
Gunny reprimands them, that they are a responsible Cadets, meant to be Soldiers. And that they are no more in Junior level to behave in the manner they just did. He hands out their penalties for flouting the rules. Penalties are that their weekends are not free any more, They are not to receive telephone calls, etc, etc. Right now lights off and off to sleep.
Gunny Leaves, and Rummy get the rest to clean up, which they do in fast forward motion, While Rummy is of to sleep.
Akrithi is pacing up and down outside the B C's office.
Inside the office B C is with the two Captains and the Major. And the Major, who is bandaged on her nose, thanks to Doc Shalini, is subject to bit of teasing by the two Captains.
Gunny puts forward the case of Akrithi's volatile temper and take a lenient view since it is for first time.
Abhimanyu says the problem …. But before he could finish the Major intervenes to say some one could be killed, again Abhimanyu speaks, and B C calls for Akrithi, and tells her that she is her to be Soldier and not here to create trouble. When she says it was not her fault, B C gets angry and says to Akrithi ought to speak only when asked to speak and not when a senior officer is speaking. And that the place is the Army Unit. What ever is the point is that she is here to be a soldier and she has to respect the team work and not let them, down. B C asks her to wait outside.
In the mess hall Peter is after Markhand and Rummy supports Peter. Subject is Markhand and his secret love Akrithi. And film career for Akrithi as an alternate option, for in Peter's view is that Akrithi would be Asked to leave, at this point tension increases between Markhand, Rummy calms Markhand. Purvi comes in and while the other two watch Rummy Flirt with Purvi with amused looks.
Rummy reminds Purvi of the earlier incidents, - of Akrithi breaking a plate on his head and once more unsuccessful in his attempt to propose.
Purvi leaves.
Well inside B C's office meeting is still on, Major and Abhimanyu still in the mood of verbal duel. Major tells if Akrithi is allowed to behave the way she does, she might do more harm and Major Vaibhavi suggest that Akrithi be put on seven day notice and closely monitored. If found of breaching of violating rules then Akrithi could be asked to leave, as the Honour and Prestige of the K M A is at stake.
Abhmanyu also mentions and reminds that Akrithi's Candidature was rejected by him for this very reason, volatile temperament. And indeed the Major had advocated Akrithi a chance to prove herself.
Abhimanyu is of the view that Akrithi's anger might be a big plus if seen in war like situation and used positive and that She – Akrithi needs to be one more chance. B C then asks if Abhimanyu would like to take Responsible of Akrithi and risks his career.
After a long pause and much to the discomfort of the Major, Abhimanyu in a calm and low voice says "Yes Sir'. He and Gunny leave.
Outside Abhimanyu hands over some paper and asks Akrithi to report to him.
Scene is back inside the office of B C, Major too turns to leave but B C stops her with regards to the file she is holding. Major tries to play it down by saying it is not serious and Doc Shalini had assured her that Vidya is fine. But B C has his way.
On going through the file, B C takes a serious note of it. And tells the Major he would handle it.
B C calls for Vidya and Vidya pleads for an opportunity to be a Soldier and that she is normal, not ill, and strong mentally. B C differs and says in extreme war situation Vidya might be subjected to pressure tactics. But Vidya's strikes a soft chord with the B C and is willing to under go any test.
With Gunny Back in the office B C touches up on the criteria taken while selecting the candidates would have been that the family backgrounds might have been looked at. And Gunny corrects B C that while the selection process was on, those background were never considered and mentions the varied backgrounds of all the candidates, Purvi, a model, Rummy, son of a General, Peter with music as a background, and Markhand, son of a Dacoit.
B C gets Gunny to take Vidya's Lie Detection Test.
Gunny And Vidya enter a room and Vidya is explained of the procedure and how the Machine worked.
