Discuss: Is lrl right?????????

As we all know, Rajveer's character is coming to an end, and it is reported that he's not going to have the ending we expected him to have..So basically, that means that most probably Raj will not be able to fulfill his promise to Naina, and that will be because the system which Raj trusted so much failed to give justice.

This brings us to the main point of this discussion..."Is the portrayal of the Army in lrl justified, and should Rajveer be killed???"

See, the Army academy, KMA has been shown as a place where cadets enjoy themselves all the time...no drills, no studies...they just roam around(wearing sarees at their will!!!!!!!!!!!!), party, and basically, KMA has been portrayed as a dating-service provider cum marraige bureau cum party hall cum a hostel for college students...

Faculty n students break rules alike.

An officer who is working against the country is suspended at the whim of the students(I mean without investigation), and then made the Principal..Ok, so maybe it was Gehlot's working, but still, kisi ne bhi notice nahin kiya??????????

Similarly, Ritu ka bhi background check nahin kiya..Psychologists ya counsellors ka b/g check to sabse zyaada important hota hai..

Baaki sab chhodo, lekin agar Raj ko apne mission mein fail hote hue dikhaaya then it would mean ki Army aisi hai ki kisi ke bhi efforts se kuch bhi change nahin aa sakta...It would mean ki system bas fail ho gaya..

Is this what should be shown?????????? Especially at a time like now jab Army se related sab log demoralised hain..roz Army related suicides ki itni news aati hai...

Shouldn't someone protest at what misleading things Djs are showing??????

secondly rajveer character was very strong - i think it would have been good if he had solved the naveen mystery. but for that raj has to stay longer in the serial but he's left - so that means his character thought strong at the beginning was a failure in the end. i don't like it b'coz this was not the way i wanted his character to end. plus the rn love track is a big question mark.
thirdly no proper army training is shown. the cadets have not improved in any way. they r still acting childish and immature for their age.
and lastly abhi's character has still not shaped up which leaves everyone wondering what exactly he's upto.
i think when raj announced his exit the dj's did not know how to end his character so they goofed up.
and as far as the naveen mystery is concerned it is very complicated and lot of people are involved in it and as i said earlier it is still too early to solve it completely. it did drag for a year but slowly it has gained pace. i think it is naina alone who can solve it as it was her sole and own mission. but how her life is going to be after raj's exit is again one big question mark. her character is shown to be strong , focussed and independent last thing i want is to again link her up with that huda or abhi. it will ruin her character.
i want her to prove herself as an army officer rather than being shown as a helpless girl who can't even think for herself or getting into silly love angles.
i had high hopes for rn but it seems the dj's have taken us for a roller coaster ride. why did they show the rn love angle if there was no proper ending to it?
also the cadets r in their second year and it is useless to drag the serial for another three years.
the best possible soln was to show the cadets being trained to become good soldiers under the guidance of raj and then wind up the serial in a few months. maybe then raj would have stayed back and solved the naveen mystery too.

agree wid u. the show need not be taken off air as raj is leaving. according to the serial the cadets training duration is of two years. so the show can continue for another year or so. but one of the major reasons for the success of this show was undoubtedly rajeev khandelwal as he carried the show on his shoulders. the trp's might go down for a few days in his absence. but i will still watch lrl for gaurav. but will gaurav as abhi and the rest of the cadets who have been overshadowed by raj's presence be able to pull it off successfully is the big question. i think they can - as all of them r talented actors. all they need is a good storyline. this show is based on the training of cadets who become army officer and it is better if they r shown in their second year so than they can complete their course by next july. varna if they keep dragging the serial unnecessarily then the cadets will never pass out of the academy. woh 50 saal ke buddhe ho jayenge aur phir bhi cadets hi rahenge😆

i think the show should end in another one year. once the naveen mystery is solved all that is left is the cadets' training !!

Amail,the story is fictional.There is nothing which is called real.Actually,serial ko hatke banane ke liye army ko le aaye varna aisa kuch bhi nahi ho raha hai jo real army school mein hota hai. Aur aisa pssible bhi nahi hai b'coz as rajeev had said in one of his interviews that it's impossible to show the actual army training in a serial.But at least they r trying 2 some extent.

In sabke peeche senior officer yani Gehlot ka haath hai.Jab senior officer hi sabse bada spy ho😡 aur uske baare mein abhi tak koi jaan nahi paaya to ritu aur nair ke baare mein koi kaise jaan payega.Even raj & abhi hv still not doubted gehlot.

This should be not shown at all b'coz it will hv a bad effect on viewer's minds specially youth.They will hv a wrong impression abt the army.
