The goon asks Amrita to keep the money in the middle of the road & go back to her car. Amrita walks back after keeping the bag containing the money. The goon takes the bag & lets go of Trisha. He drives the car towards Amrita almost crushing her, but Kabir jumps in to save Amrita. When unsuccessful in killing Amrita, the goon tries to push Trisha in his car & drive away. Kabir pulls out the driver & the goon and starts fighting them. The goon holds the gun to Amrita's head & asks Kabir to let go of Trisha. Trisha goes & sits in the goon's car while Amrita pleads to Kabir to not let Trisha go back to them again. The goon goes to sit in the car as well & Kabir fires a shot at him. The driver shoots back at Kabir. The goon drives away taking Trisha along.
Prateek yells at Kushan & Lavanya & asks them why they couldn't help Amrita in arranging the ransom money. Lavanya replies that there was a bank holiday due to Diwali and that's why she couldn't do it. She asks Prateek on why he didn't help Amrita & says that it looks like he doesn't want Trisha to come back as he's stopped caring & looking after his family. Prateek calls the commissioner to find out where Amrita has gone but he replies that he doesn't know since he's on vacation. Meghan decorates an 'aarti' plate to welcome Trisha and Amrita. Lavanya thinks that Amrita has transformed her kids for worse. Kabir gets his wound treated at a hospital. He apologizes to Amrita as he couldn't get Trisha back. Amrita says that even though they paid the ransom amount still Prem took away Trisha. Kabir explains that Amrita was attacked even after giving them the money. He also reveals that Prem is dead & therefore, he's not behind all this. Amrita is shocked to hear this and wonders who has kidnapped Trisha. She thanks Kabir and leaves for her home.

Prateek calls Kabir & shouts at him for not taking his police team along. Kabir replies that the kidnappers had asked Amrita not to inform cops. Prateek refuses to listen to him & asks where Prem has kept Trisha. Kabir tells him its not Prem as he's dead so he doesn't know who kidnapped Trisha. Kabir ends the call.
Prateek announces to the family that Prem is dead. Lavanya is taken aback with this news.
Precap: Prateek asks Amrita on why she didn't ask him for the money. Amrita replies that he should go and ask Neha about it since she kept answering the calls and said he was too busy with her. Prateek is shocked to hear this.
