Prateek tries to accompany Amrita to drop Sanaya off at her school but Amrita tells him not to, as will be late for his office then.
Abhay arrives at Kabir's house in the morning. Kabir tries to pretend as if he had no idea about Varsha staying at his house for the night. He tells Abhay not to eat the breakfast as Varsha prepared it & he could end up dying.
At Grewal house, Lavanya skips breakfast with Kushan & lies to him that she has a breakfast meeting. Kushan offers her some juice and she accepts it. She rushes out after that, while the rest of the family enjoys their breakfast.
The nanny, Mala, tells Amrita that her son has been accepted at a college since she was keeping a fast for him. She tries to persuade Amrita into doing the same for Trisha's safe return but Amrita refuses.
Kabir starts interrogating the store owner of a chocolate shop from where the kidnapper had purchased chocolates for Trisha. The shop owner denies it saying that the particular brand of chocolate he is mentioning is not sold at his store since its imported & therefore, more expensive. Kabir & Abhay wonder how could it be possible as the chocolate distributer had given them the address to this particular store. Later, the cashier at the store reveals that the store-manager had placed this order for a special customer and told him not to sell these imported chocolates to regular customers as they were reserved for someone. He further tells the cops that the manger is currently on a holiday at Alibaug. Kabir & Abhay decide to go there to meet with the manager.
At Swaikas' office, the new secretary introduces herself to Prateek. Prateek calls Prem and tells him to reach the office. Prem on the other hand, is expecting Lavanya to arrive at his home. He lies to Prateek that he has a meeting with his CA. Prateek tells him to find out details about Kabir's personal background as he wants him expelled from Trisha's case.
Vivaan's friend comes to meet him at his home & greets Amrita. She empathizes with Amrita & praises her for not panicking. Amrita tells her that she is worried for Trisha but has to stay strong as she won't give up hope for finding her daughter.
Kushan arrives at Prem's place. Prem is shocked to see him there. Kushan rushes straight to his bedroom & starts looking for Lavanya but fails to find her there. Prem asks him what he's searching for. Kushan sarcastically asks him if his wife is the only one who's allowed at his home. He tells Prem that he knows about their affair. Prem is left speechless.
Amrita imagines Trisha asking her to stay strong. Trisha tells her to have faith in Ganesh ji as He will unite them again. Amrita decides to keep a fast for Trisha and asks Mala if there is a particular ritual to be followed along with fasting.
At the police station, the police commissioner asks Kabir about what's happening between Amrita and him. Kabir takes it lightly at first & replies that Prateek must've whined & complained about him again. The commissioner asks him why he's giving special treatment to Amrita & taking her to restricted areas where only investigating officers are allowed. Kabir replies that Amrita is Trisha's mother & she was missing her daughter and so, he took her there on humanitarian grounds. The commissioner refuses to believe Kabir & asks him if he's forming a new bond with Amrita.
Precap: Kabir goes to meet Prateek at his office. The new secretary informs him that he's not allowed to go inside. Kabir goes inside anyway & asks Prateek if he has a problem with him. Prateek replies that if he wants to stay on this case then he'll not be in contact with Amrita ever since she is his wife & he loves her a lot. Kabir says that if he loved Amrita that much then he won't be having an affair with Neha. Prateek is irked & raises his hand to slap him but stops midway.
