Nice to see your post after along time K K.

I agree with you that Sarfaraz is Kishori Lal's son. I believe that maybe Mehek and he had a relationship before and that is what she keeps hinting at all the time and K Lal

seems to take all her threats with quiet angst.

And Beeji seems to know there is something there too.
