thanks for a lovely ud enjoyed reading them having agreat time in Paris my neice was there just last week she went on day trip with friends, I have managed to miss it every time friends and family plan a trip it never works out for me, my parents sis everyone I know has been. Nakku is making good use of her time in Paris with Dutta If you ask me I think she is milking it a little. Getting to spend some time with him, of course she will make the most of it. Dr Jain is quite crafty when she wants to be! ;) at least she is free of her jerk, IS SHE? ;) SPOILERS!!! ;) Dutta is holding back since their last meeting something happened and he believes it's now a no go area for him,He is certainly holding back. I wonder if Naku realises just how much! ;) I know all will be revealed in the next chapter , so waiting patiently... AWWW thank you. I absolutely love that Dutta saw how the stranger's proposal alone deserved a flat out NO. Seriously, proposing at someone else's wedding...*rolls eyes* special much?

Now, I do find it funny that he caught the scene but not that the girl was the one he was looking for...too focused that he overlooked her...

Ah so Roops mistook her for his wife...well she should be...they're meant to be together but sadly that's not the case, is it...he does have a wife but it's not her...

Now, just who is this new lady he recognizes? As if there isn't enough mystery already :P Alright, I give you a medal for being good out raising questions and not answering them for us! Now we already know this is the third time of the last...I'd like to know why it's the last...soon please *begs with a pout*

Now, I love that you touched on Roops and Dutta's relationship. Clearly, they've drifted apart due to his strains amongst the family unit...causing them to drift also. But, it's clear (though he hasn't shown it) he cares and she is his sister whether they are close or not. It's sad that he didn't even know about her pregnancy ...so what else has he missed being so focused on getting himself free? I'm curious about Roops' strained relationship with her husband...and how she and her brother bridge their relationship...

Speaking of bridges...look where we are...The Love Lock Bridge...

Now, first let me say, hat's off to you for bringing out the fact that he may have travelled and loved it and the freedom from his family, but there's still an element, a true feeling of piece and content he hasn't found yet...and Nakusha pointing that out (as it seems to have a habit of doing for him) was great...hopefully he'll find it...maybe it'll be the spots he discovers with her, his Rosie...the Amazing woman!? Maybe not. Here's to him finding it though!

LMAO for a man who seems to dislike the film The Notebook, he certainly has a lot to share about it...his feelings seem to be strong there LOL ...too funny...

Now, back to the bridge...I find this moment very significant for them. The Love Lock...it signifies a sort of binding through love...and that they do this together it's like they're securing they're bond. I find this whole bridge/lock concept rather sweet...if a little cheesy but I loved this scene...it was quite important if you ask me ;)

How hilarious that they take a selfie and there's a third wheel! Him, finace, ex-fiance, jerk. Just who is this man? LOL Well, uhmm crap he found her! This should be interesting...waiting to see where all this is leading, Naila! Am enjoying every moment of reading you story...do UD soon as you can :P

I KNOW (said in Monica's voice) it is probably the cheapest way to propose. I'm not saying there should always be a huge song and dance but at least make it personal. More than the lavishness of things I rec that's all partners want: someone who knows them inside and out and shows that. Good job he's not her soulmate ey! ;)

I wanted this point to be very clear. Dutta is a caring person. We get that from his relationship with Baji and how he warmed to Naku straight away, even his wife. But Roops came in his life before all of that: (ok well maybe the same time as Baji) and he does love her. He does. He just doesn't or rather hasn't shown it, which has lead to the frosty relationship. BUt yes plenty of that to come so I won't go too much into it. It's sad that he didn't even know about her pregnancy ...This for me is probably one of the saddest Patil elements. COnsidering his parents have no siblings, ergo no cousins, this child would be the first of the next generation-the fact that the child's uncle has no idea is rather a depressing thought. so what else has he missed being so focused on getting himself free? In Roops' own words "plenty" I'm curious about Roops' strained relationship with her husband...and how she and her brother bridge their relationship...Keep these thoughts in mind they are to play a significant role in the next chapter.

Right from the start, when I first introduced Dutta in his small Washington DC motel room packing for his trip In thailand, I wanted to convey the foundations for this realisation which hits him ten years later. Then he felt like the world was his oyster and that the fulfilment he has sorely missed while being entrapped in his house would be satisfied-now while it was somewhat. And he'd go back again and again to his travels-something was always missing. Now whether that is because he has been alone his whole life is something I'll let you ponder on. and Nakusha pointing that out (as it seems to have a habit of doing for him) was great...Of course it had to be her to point that out! ;) hopefully he'll find it...maybe it'll be the spots he discovers with her, his Rosie...the Amazing woman!?Totally say that in an American accent Maybe not. I watched it once on my best friends insistence. Let me get this straight. It is sweet. It is cute. BUT watching it once is enough. ENOUGH. Heck three quarters through it I found it dragged-again could be because I don't go for soppy things. Anyway so there we go. Now the more interesting thing is that my best friend was told to watch it by her then 17 year old cousin-all peachy so far? Well he told her it would be the best thing she ever saw and insisted on watching it with her. How cute is that-in fact he is really sweet: his future wife is going to be heck of a lucky lady.

Next: I seem to be ribbing poor Ryan Gosling a lot: (something for which another friend of mine who harbours the strongest crush on him would kill me for) while I admit he is a beautiful man alas I fail to see the hype behind it. *Sorry-not-Sorry* ;p ...guess you can see where some of Nakusha's inspiration comes from.

As to Dutta mocking the movie: it was a pride thing. He assumed that Naku like most was totally in love with 'Noah/Duke' that he had to get it off his chest. But of course unbeknown to him he was preaching to the choir. What is especially interesting is that: he calls Gosling; gisling-the same mistake Naku had made ten years ago to Leela. Which is why Naku was mildly amused.

Now, back to the bridge...I find this moment very significant for them. It was supposed ot be significant. Which is why I'm glad you did. The Love Lock...it signifies a sort of binding through love...and that they do this together it's like they're securing they're bond. I find this whole bridge/lock concept rather sweet...if a little cheesy but I loved this scene...it was quite important if you ask me ;) It was important and it was done in their style: grudges, mockery and banter ;)
