yes i too was once again.. mighty moved by the last section.. it seemed that was the issue.. why didn't she come to me , we were friends.. there was irony in his words.. what did she fear in this house?who? tragic but it was kala.. and then at the latest wedding ,aye,babi sab mile hoi thi..

Episode ~ 240

21st December 2010

Naku & Madhu

Madhu tells Naku, Baji briefed her.. that the Suresh nightmare has been sorted..and assumes that her brother has forgiven her. Madhu insists, now her brother has forgiven her, hence she should serve him breakfast. But Naku gently explains. that last night was a pleasant dream.. she talks about Dutta's sober and drunk mindset.. that he is changeable , tends to forget what happened when he was drunk when he is sober... he can be erratic.. and that she as his wife is only at the receiving end of his anger,but has adapted to this...still eventually she will turn his hatred into love.. naku says with a big smile.

Madhu takes the tray of breakfast to Dutta.. but forgets the glass of juice.. Dutta comes down the stairs ,on seeing Madhu, he is short and says to her..he would have asked if he needed breakfast. Naku turns up with the glass of juice in her hand. Dutta gives her an bland look and Madhu stands awkwardly between them. Eventually Dutta gives up and sits at the table.. and Naku signals Madhu to set his tray before him..

Naku serves Dutta breakfast

But Madhu insists Naku serve him.. Naku does. Dutta sits mute. Naku knows he starts with juice , so she places it before him,and his sandwiches too. Silence between them continues, while Madhu watches from far. Baji too watches.. and finally calls Madhu, tells her Aye Sahib wants her... thus granting tasha privacy.

Naku waits for him to respond by some action.. or verbally, but Dutta just plays hard to get! me not interested, and no! I have not forgiven you nor will I speak to you.. poor Naku still waits.. as she stands by his side like a maid... he picks up the orange juice... it's clear this here is a sore lover...eventually she moves off.. and he watches her.. she feels a tug behind her ,her heart misses a beat.. may be he's stopped her, pulled her pallu.. she stops and he looks up and knows exactly what she is probably thinking.. she rolls her eyes and turns around and finds a sore faced lion staring into space.. dryly he too looks up and they both look at the nail on top of the chair that catches her sari pallu.. and creates this mute tasha scene of visual messaging.. of course he sets her caught pallu free! and then gives her a lingering subtle flirtiest gaze.. a sly smirk.. blink of his eyes.. bemused.. stretch of the arm and she was free to go.. as she held her breath and waited for more; but Dutta just sips his juice.. that she had actually touched.. of course from the wings tasha fans , Baji and Madhu watch this scene and get vicarious pleasure!

Plagued Kala..

She drinks and restlessly recalls her fresh defeat.. Dutta's slap on Suresh's face ! her plan misfires.. Naku seems to be winning! Sudarshan comes and sees her vanquished.. she shares her stress with him, how can Kala's hate be less powerful than Naku's love? Sudarshan consoles her.. till yet there is no decisive victory.. the game is still on ! informs her, but Suresh is posing a threat to expose them.. Kala shows interest in chaskar.. as Sudarshan briefs her ,he's a nutter but wants to be a don.. Kala wants to meet him ! she asks Sudarshan to set up a her meeting with Chaskar.

Kala meets Chaskar

He wants to know who she works for? she keeps reminding him about his desire to become a don.. and for that he should be ready to snatch! She advises him, hanging around Dutta like a menial will not make him a don.. he wants to know what she wants? and she tells him.. she too wants what he desires! they have a common foe! She says, join hands with me and get ready to dig up your enemies grave! All I can say is that such is my influence that if you join forces with me , people might just start considering you a don! but Chaskar goes , nope it's my principle that till I don't know the person well enough I refrain from shaking hands with that person.. Kala obviously likes her new pawn.. he has illusions of grandeur.. but Kala fobs him off.. be concerned with my worth, what's in my name or who I am? let's put it this way if you shake hands with me you'll not regret! Chaskar says , is that so? then deal done! but bai Sahib.. at least tell me who that foe is that I have to finish off? and they shake hands over Dutta's death!... but Kala skirts about, you'll know who it is ? all in good time! but you in the mean while wait for my next brief.. and she leaves.. Chaskar says, maila! She's a firebrand like me!

After Kala leaves , Sudarshan drives up and teases Chaskar, what's this? you striking another deal behind my back? they both try to hood wink each other.. keeping information from each other! as Chaskar goes off to his so called next deal.. Sudarshan chuckles.. you're entrapped Chaskar! by Kala like a sacrificial lamb!

Patil Nivas

Naku prays before Bappa .. and lights the diva and prayes, deva, let all sorrows be given to me.. but protect Saab from all evil forces. She is unable to strike the match and then Aye Sahib comes to her assistance.. they both light the diva.. both women pray , and seeing Naku looks serious she asks, what is it? did Dutta say something to you? but Naku says nothing, but Aye Sahib insists , what is it won't you tell me? Naku says, last night, I saw an awful dream ; that the whole mansion was immersed in darkness; I was looking for a candle but couldn't find one..imagery.. darkness.. references to death's possible death; his partial blindness.. the candle. The light.. Naku has to struggle to locate him ..

Naku continues, and here now I was trying to light the candle and couldn't.. I couldn't sleep the whole night..aye Sahib consoles her, don't worry, when fear resides in us.. we tend to have strange dreams and thoughts.. but Naku says, Aye Sahib, my heart is restless, may I go to the temple and worship beforethe goddess? so that no evil befalls on this house, that's why I wish to visit the temple.. Dutta comes down his wooden stairs and over hears Naku talking to his mother. Aye Sahib sees Dutta and orders him, Dutta! on your way drop Naku to the temple.. he glares at Naku..but he says, I am getting late, besides I have a long way to go.. but Aye Sahib insists, that's fine! but ,drop her on the way! but he says , I am already late.. for the meeting.. then Naku says. It's ok Aye Sahib.. I'll go myself ,besides I have taken a vow that I shall be walking all the way to the goddess's temple. Dutta gives her a dirty look.. meaning , go then! and Aye Sahib gives her son an angry look.. Naku says, shall I leave then Aye Sahib? she still hopes Dutta will give her a lift ..but in a strop! he walks past his mother and Naku, and leaves.. episode ends Hamlet53~ 9.8.14

Naku continues to hope Dutta will speak to her or melt towards her.. but he does not, neither in the breakfast scene , nor in her walking to the temple scene..

Kala has a new pawn.. hopefully this one will have an impact on Naku in particular.. the forces around Dutta come into play under united evil forces..

LTL Written Update

Episode ~ 241

22nd December 2010

Fishermen mob PN

The crowd of kholi [fishermen], demand to see Dutta Bhau , at the gate of PN. Baji confronts them.. they complain that during Bhau's reign everything was fine, we trust him completely , that's why we have come to tell him our problem, now some new people have turned up, and buying and selling of drugs is taking place! they protest to Baji, previously in their waters, which is the source of providing them a living things were fine..now drug smuggling is underway. Many of the fish have perished , due to drugs left loose in the waters! Baji asks them if they know whose is polluting the waters? they say, it's some outsiders ,not patil wadi folks ! Dutta drives up.. gates are opened for him..and his car enters. Baji blocks his car and tells him drug deals are happening by the sea ..these kholi people have reported it!

Dutta snubs Baji.. what are you doing here? I have told you Sudarshan is dealing with my affairs! ask them to complain to him.. you don't interfere with my life or my work...besides I don't need you in this work anymore! Baji is put in his place.

Dutta drives off. Baji tells the fishermen to see Sudarshan..

Baji comes into the house crestfallen. Madhu invites him to have breakfast ..but he storms off to his room.. in a temper. He gets a suitcase and packs his bag and curses himself that Dutta doesn't care for him.. so it's best he leaves this house..

Baji tries to leave

After many FB's of their friendship, Baji bag in hand attempts to cross the threshold of PN..aye Sahib stops him.. she uses her maternal authority on him, reminds him she, never showed disparity in her love between him and Dutta. Baji cries bitterly as Aye Sahib ,says by leaving this house you are actually breaking all bonds with the people of this house, especially her...she says it easy to sever all relationships for you, but how will you break your bond with your Aye Sahib.! he cries and says, it's hard for him to stay here.. she says, she can see the way Dutta is treating him.. there is a rift between him and Dutta and that she can see it ,it hurts her. she says, Dutta is annoyed with her too ,so should she leave this house too? she says, answer me one thing Baji, you are breaking your bond with Dutta, but will you be able to forget Kala, Leela, Roops? Kala arrives and fumes silently, at her mother for persuading Baji to stay!. aye Sahib. confesses , you know that I have no blood ties with youor Dutta, but I have reared you and Dutta both as my own sons... she says I pray that god gives me all the pain you suffer.. Baji holds her clasped hands and says, no I can't give you my share of sorrows! Kala! watches and the does her false acting she excels in, Aye is right Baji ,you are angry with Dutta so why are you leaving all of us? she feigns affection before Madhu and her mother.. she cries have you forgotten Baji today is the same black doomsday when my innocent brother Dutta shriram patil became the don Dutta Bhau? ..Baji has FB [of Dutta saying to Baji I want to earn loads of big money and fast! Dutta does contract killings !]and you Baji want to desert him on this dark day? my straightforward brother Dutta became Dutta Bhau! he couldn't bear Seema's deceit .then who give him the reason to live Baji ?when my brother went to pieces ,you and you were the one who stood by him! Kala sobs!.. today,what has happened ? that you are wanting to leave him Baji? why are you accepting your defeat[she taunts], there was once a time when, any calamity that Dutta faced you took it upon yourself[ she taunts.. now I have cut you off from Dutta.. who will face calamity on his own,with your support]

and today you leave him all alone to face all the burdens on his own?.. don't do this Baji[she commands in reality].. have faith in your relationship with Dutta! your bond of friendship...so don't go! Kala pleads. Aye joins too, now to stop one son ,if it takes that a mother has to go down on her knees ,I am prepared to do that too!. Baji stops her, you are my mother ,you don't need to bow before me! you can slap me and order me to stay!..mother and son embrace!

Kala .. sneers.. silently as she strokes his back.. how can I let you go just like this Baji? wouldn't you like to see what I am going to do with that Bhau of yours? after all there should be someone around to cry for Bhau... there's you and then there's that Nakusha! I won't let you two leave! till you have seen the complete destruction of Dutta! and she smiles like a viper..

Seema's entry

Dutta drives his black jeep in a hurry.. to attend a meeting. In a white saloon car from the opposite direction is Seema.. both cars head towards at a cross roads from the adjacent directions. Both cars turn.. and cross each other.. in a split second Seema in the back seat of her car, notices the black pathiani clad driver in the open jeep! he is busy driving.. but she spots him and recognizes him! FB.. she recalls him giving her the silver chain, meeting at the pond. The betrayal..etc..

Naku , puja thalli in hand walks to the temple, then stops to rest on a boulder by the roadside. The white saloon passes by her.. Seema spots the lone woman and asks her driver to reverse the car.. and offers Naku a lift to the temple as she too was heading that way.. Seema says , they both were destined to meet.. she says, this was her first time in this village.. but to her it seems that many years ago , she left something here.. Naku says, may be you have some link with this village from a previous life? Seema replies.. that she has lived many lives in this lifetime alone.. Naku tells her, I am going to pray my husband's welfare.. are you to praying for your husband's welfare? Seema says no , I don't pray anymore, I'll just be sitting before the goddess in the temple.. Naku says, god gives bounteously without us even asking him.. and Seema replies, and then there are those people who shun the blessings they are given.. because they strive for more!.. we all have to pay for our deeds in this life time .. you have to give your test.. and I have to take my test..Naku looks at Seema's face.. and ponders on her words.. episode ends Hamlet53 10.8.14

All the deals Dutta is against doing! are being done in his name on his territory.
