I don't think many of its original viewers will tune in to see it anymore .I mean after the whole kidnapping thoing ppl will stop watching it .Who wants to watch N running liking for Sahab and the PN in mourning.Kitni baar dekhoge????And many of my relatives no that MR is leaving and the general perception is LTL is ending.Mayb they will tune in for 5 min to see if MR is back but they won't b glued lyk they used to wen MR was around.The TRP's suffered a dip even wen MR was present but for just a scene or two in some of the previous epis.If they are able to successfully cater to a diff audience which i mentioned in my prev post then it's another thing. But i wud really lyk LTL to suffer now ,they shud understand MR'S worth........

Niki, see if there were other sub-plots equally interesting then maybe MR's departure would not have affected the show much but then who wants to see Naku running about once again? Unfortunately MR leaves such an impact with his powerful acting, we have become addicted to him, and fortunately with no other sub plot we have no more interest in the show with MR's departure...

Agree with your POV. Many of the the forum members will scan through the WU's to see if there is any info re Mishal's return... and Majority of the other regular viewers will soon lose interest when they find Dutta missing. We will soon see the effect on TRP

The channel and LTL are easily replaceable but not Mishal / Dutta.

My only int in LTL was MR and his acting wid him gone m not gonna put myself through torture of seeing N luking for sahab,AS fainting and other PN wasis crying .It's a pity that the ch was not able to recognise gem of an actor they had.............I really hope their TRP'S take a dip for the worst🤢

I watch LTL only because of Dutta......But right now Mishal's absence is of prime concern because only he can give me back my Dutta. No other actor would suffice...bollywood or even Hollywood.

Maid-basti story or wannabe Don tracks are not enough to hold my interest.

I am very sure that ltl is going to suffer big time after mishal leaves as yesterday, i was at my mamas place and my mami who is an avid serial watcher told me tere Dutta ke show mein kya zhandu entry hui hai.Even watching NS in that five minutes scene garnered the negative response even in the presence of MR, so you can expect what will be the reaction of general viewer after MR leaves.My mom says that if that bvd guy will brought as dutta then there will be no hope of MR return but if that guy is given any other character then may be ch will realise its folly. We ppl as well the general viewer love it just bcos MR takes it to another level but for any other actor it will be difficult to conceal the shows shortcomings and do not expect that there will be miracle and shows quality will improve.So there is only one way LTL is gonna go and that is downward 🤢

Jokes apart, I am also waiting for the TRP to go down. But some people do not accept reality easily.

First they will blame it on the world cup, then on some other event....

Of course i did ivy but agar' tere MR ' bolte to i wud loved it even more.You were there na yesterday wen khushi,naina and i wre talking bout him .You were 1 of the drops of the ocean na.......😉😆.So you no my haalat for MR....😳

Do TRPs justify a good story? and having said that I would also like to add, if the serial makers are planning a long story then they also need to develop other characters, sub-plots etc as the medium has opened up and no actor likes to tied down with one project, they do want to explore and scale new heights....and specially the talented ones like MR....

To give the devil its due the shows which have developed almost all important characters are ones like Bidaai, Yeh Rishta, Saathiya, SGP, BV. Yeh Rishta mein toh even servants have their own tracks. LOL! But LTL has always rested on Dutta's and Nakusha's shoulders. Whenever they tried to shift focus it never worked trp-wise maybe becuz the audience of LTL is different from the audience of these shows.
