I agree completely with what Nikita has said. This happens in a team all the time. Like in my previous project my team had 20 people. They had a project manager who controlled them. This guy never used to do anything himself except work allocation. But when anything used to go wrong its him who was held responsible. The same logic applies here. Plus lately lot has been going wrong and Baji seems to be slipping...not appearing to focus on his work.

Plus as some people have pointed out when Dutta is angry he takes it out on the people he is closest to..who he knows will not retaliate like Baji and Naku.

But I agree with everyone that this is getting repetitive. Not Dutta screaming but the fact that no one...including Baji and Dutta are trying to dig deeper into so many attacks on them. I mean its easier for Kala to attack as she is an insider...but still can it be so easy to get away ALL the time. They just look around a bit and forget all about it?

In Colors shows they have one character around whom the drama revolves. For BV its Dadisa, for NAIDL its Ammaji, for Uttaran its Tapu and for LTL its Dutta. The other three characters are negative/grey whereas Dutta is a positive character which borders onto grey. DuJi relationship have altered between chaddi buddies to employer-employee so their behavior keeps changing. I remember initially we all thought Baji is just Dutta's right hand man till Dutta told Naku of his past. For the next round of drama they have to show Dutta dealing with Naku falling from the pedestal he has installed her on alone.

But isn't that taking this too vaguely, Ksh?? I'm not saying that Dutta is supposed to be a paragon of perfection/positivity.....but I personally have never seen him talking to Baaji in THIS manner before even when he's been in employer mode with Baaji in the past....have you? I can't believe that he'd bring things down to a "last chance" matter b/w him and Baaji? Last chance matlab kya? If Baaji can't find the guy who brought the poisoned sweets, he'll kick him out of his life cuz then his loyalty isn't good enough for Dutta?😕😕

Dutta is NOT like Dadisa, Ammaji etc. characters.....Dadisa was psycho since day one in more ways than I can begin to describe even if they showed her mellower character traits later on. Can't say anything about the rest since I've never watched those shows but LTL has seemed different to me.

Yeah...I guess they dont want to show Kala being caught till maybe the end of the show...or much much later. But then dont have her do ALL the planning. Show some external enemies till then. Now by next epi they will forget abt this guest died incident.

I hope FR brings about some kind of seperation so that we can get some tasha romance for a few months atleast.

Yeah DD I guess you're right....they will get away with this in the same manner as before by having Dutta use mellower statements later on but I honestly wish they hadn't shown him talking to Baaji in this manner today.....I felt horrible for Baaji....he's the LAST guy on this planet who's loyalty Dutta should be questioning....and that too in SUCH a manner....and honestly WHY was Baaji begging....I also would LOVE to see him lashing back at Dutta in some form during the FR too now....it's high time Baaji gives it back on impulse too taaki Dutta ko bhi ek dose mile......Baaji's self-respect needs to kick in at some point for sure....this is one of those rare if only occasions when Dutta spoke WAY too much without justification....Baaji is not some sidey naukar of his to be talked to in this manner.
