Dutta is such a hot headed guy and when he is in that zone, he never thinks like they say ' Anger blows out the lamp of the mind'.
Bechara Baji but he is the Chief of Staff, so technically it's his responsibility but perhaps Dutta cld be more assertive himself and try to get his tube-light fixed coz he doesn't seem to have a clue what's happening under his nose.
