Madhu looked around'god was she bored'atharva had left to delhi for work and for whole two months..what was she going to do without him..naku too was always sitting with some book or other'it was as if all the knowledge she just wanted to grasp it'madhu could not stop the smile that came across her face when she thinks of her innocent vaheni..how can anyone be so sweet and innocent
She could still remember the awe she felt when she finally came across her big brother..how much she wanted to speak with him..share her incidents with him..but he just looked at her and went from there citing he had work to do.
But madhu said..no..i don't want to hurt you but till dutta does not accept me and bring me home..i don't want to be a burden on him..i know a day will come when he will come and bring me to you to stay with you'll till then I will stay with one off my best friend..madhu wrote her address and gave to AS and said..when he is ready to meet me give him this paper it has my phone no and address where I am staying.
Now also she was waiting for the day..her brother would call her to meet him..maam one of the servants called her and she turned around to see what had happened.
Dutta was getting ready to go out somewhere..as he reached his car he ordered his BG that he is going alone don't come with him..he sat in his jeep..before he could start the jeep.. baji opened the passenger door and sat next too him'dutta looked at him and said..i told I am going alone and I don't want anyone to come with me..baji looked at dutta and said it is not safe for you to go out alone..whether you take me or not I will be there..wherever you are going'I am also going to come..dont worry I wont be in your way..and saying this baji looked out of the window.
After half an hour silent drive..dutta stopped near the temple..and got out of the jeep..baji felt quiet shocked wondering why dutta came to this temple'last time dutta came here with AS after lighting his father's pyre..baji turned to dutta and saw him lost in thoughts..silently dutta removed his shoes and walked up the stairs..no one was there'dutta walked there and bowing towards the idol went and moved towards the corner of the temple..and stood there leaning against the pillar as if waiting for some one.
Baji was quiet shocked on hearing this because aside of AS and dutta no one knew about madhu'he could not believe dutta had a small sister..he wondered whether this sister would also be like the other three'baji could only pray that what is happening is for the good of the family..and this girl will not spoil anything'suddenly from the corner of his eye he saw a girl climbing up the stairs'she was wearing jeans and a blue top..when he turned to look at her..he could not move his eyes from her.😉
Naku looked at madhu and said don't worry you are so lovable that anyone would be lucky to have you as a sister..i know you haven't told me anything about this brother of yours..but if everything is alright promise me you will bring him here after all even I want to see who is the one who turned his back to my adorable friend..madhu blushed..honestly naku..if everything works out..you will definitely meet him
Dutta turned and he finally saw his small sister..standing there..her lips stretched in a gentle smile..and her eyes so focused on him ..it was as if she was worried that if she would blink he would disappear from there..dutta walked slowly towards madhu..and stood in front of her'he cleared his throat not knowing what to say'I mean what do you tell a sister you never knew existed.
Madhu seeing the difficulty dutta was having'.she told him..i know it is hard for you to accept me..and I know it will take time..but taking small steps we will be able build a beautiful relation.
Dutta: One minute..when did I say you are coming home with me
Madhu: are you saying I am not coming home with you
Dutta: wait a minute when did I say you are not coming home with me
Madhu: well you just said
Dutta : I Have not spoken anything yet..i will speak only if you let me
Madhu: what do you mean I have not allowed you to speak'well forgive me considering the way you were non stop clearing your throat..i thought it appropriate to fill the silence.
Dutta:well you could atleast give me some moment to collect my thoughts
Madhu: some moment..i gave you three months to collect your thoughts
Suddenly from the side baji snorted
Dutta and madhu both turned to look at him and in one voice shouted at him'will you stop snorting..then they continued
Madhu: who is he and what is he doing here..tell him that if one more time he snorts I will put a clip on his nose
Dutta: well he is baji I didn't tell him to come here..he just came
Madhu: so are you taking me home..or not
Dutta : will you let me speak
Madhu: all this time you are speaking..mmph
Dutta had just covered her mouth with his palm to silence her..and told my god how much do you talk..yes I came to bring you home with me..even I want to give our relation a chance..
Madhu: well why didn't you say so
Dutta glared at her ..dont you dare start again..madhu gave him a big smile and suddenly dutta became weary of the naughtiness that began dancing in her eyes..when without warning she leapt and gave him a big hug..after three months dutta felt some happiness meeting this small creature..and he hugged her back..and when he looked up he could not help smiling back at baji..who also after so long was smiling happily..madhu being in her brother's arms'she thought...well now is the time to make bhao and vaheni to meet.
The three of them got down the stairs to get in the car'unknown to dutta and baji that soon they were going to come face to face with the past.😉
