just go on the forum u want to add, scroll 2 the top of page, there u will c a star symbol beside my forums, click on that star and it will be added...

u can add the forums u regularly visit in my forums...that way u can just click on the link and it takes u to that show' forum...so if i watched GKD, first i would have to go to IF homepage and then click on GKD...but if its added in my forums, i can just go to the top of page, no matter what page i am on...its besides the link of ur scraps and inbox, select GKD, and it will take me to that forum...
